Hilley is not a very good setter. SHe is good, but ordinary player. SHe doesn't have that desire, killer instinct to beat the opponent. She is so square, Always the same set of plays, she is not creative, does not have talent, improvisation, vision. Just a normal player. WHen the team needs her the most, she fails. Sorry, she doesn't bring out the best from her coleagues. And she is not a leader. Not even close.
