I'm not sure about special characters. Maine bohot players ko apne IGN me aise characters use krte dekha h and they even qualified and there's nothing about it in rulebook as well. So I can't say for sure.
Bhai maan log hum log ke jo main 4 player ne in game qualifier khel ke qualify Kiya .. then hum log round 2 ( main custom room matches) se jo substitute player hai unke sath khel skte hai?
Agar registration nhi Kiya h to I would suggest ki same team name laga k name change krlo. But agar registration kar liya h to it won't be an issue bas apna naam ab mat change Krna.

Kabhi v khel sakte ho but normal matches khelne honge, event nhi. And in-game qualifiers starts from 8th april

Yes, substitute players round 1 se use kr skte ho. In-game qualifiers k baad round 1 se.
