Here is my set up: 12lb Main line - Size 10 Swivel tide to main line - hook up 3/4Oz Torpedo sinker to swivel - tide 15lb two line to another end of Torpedo sinker - Tide two hooks to each 15lb line. I normally used 3ft and 2 ft for leader lines that not to tangle. Thanks
Nice fishing! Early in the season too. Thanks for sharing the setup. How long did it take you and how many did you catch? Did you get snags? It seems it would be easy for the second hook to be snagged when you were catching just one.
I was fishing 8Am to 6PM at that day, and I got 98 fish, and I snagged about 20 time, and I lost everything which sinker and hooks. I normally used single hook but using two hooks is very fun fighting with two fish also very easy to get snag. I was not using expensive set up like other fishers which Shad dart jig, I used a cheap set up with gold or silver color swivel and hook only. Thank you for watching my video.
@@minhobbies3916 98! Wow! I noticed your main line had less lb test than the leaders. If you switch it around, maybe you would not lose the sinker when it snags. If the leaders line is weaker, it will snap first.
@@NierNierPasture Thanks for your suggestion. I already tried the same thing what you said. If I use smaller diameter two leader lines, both lines are easy to tangle each other because no weight on swivels. Thanks.

After you cook with Crock pot slow cooker or pressure cooker, you cannot even see all small bones. All small bones will melt into the meat like sardine. Don't even cook like normal fish, your lunch or dinner will be at least one hour.
Laugh out loud on this topic. In NJ the Fish and Game guys are rarely around. When they are they'll measure Stripers and Flounder and bust licensed fishermen's asses but they don't do crap about all the illegal aliens without licenses fishing salt or fresh water. It can really piss one off.
That was my first time Game Warden check on me at that area. I've been fishing that area for more than 10 years and I never seen any Game wardens. Thanks

That fish has tons of bones. If you eat those fish, may I know how to cook them? Anybody knows how to cook shad fish?

I heard guys fry them. Make lots of thin scores in the meat and fry them. I have only tried smoking them so far. Not bad tbh.
