I get an uneasy felling every time i stop to focus on this game's menu "story telling". The enemies are always there with you, just not actively looking for you, hidden in a black and white. As each enemies collectively gets more bloodthirsty, the more clearer their portraits get, the more present they become on your challenge and the more difficult it becomes to continue to move onwards with every night. However, the extra difficulties show a more human side of the whole game and how sad it is. * Aggressive mode show emphasis on each enemy, on how stronger, faster they are to you. Remember, even on their lowest, it still takes a lot of you as a human to fight/avoid them * Meanwhile, silent mode gives emphasis on the main character of FNATI, Jake, current state on this modified prison: hopeless drowned in chaos of torment and terror via a never-ending cycle of surviving and dying again and over and over again. How many times has this repeated itself? *Time is already misplaced* SM is where everything reaches it's worse state: a red hue covers everything, they are on thier fullest and strongest. And SSM drowns things even futher, you are alone against all of this "over and over and over again, and again". Just imagine how much has Jake faced. The menu screen itself now reflects his mental. Cracked, exausted, pushed to his limits... but *not* broken.
