- With sport climbing now on the Olympic programme for Tokyo 2020, Great Britain's double overall World Cup bouldering champion Shauna Coxsey takes us through a warm-up routine that she'll use as part of her training on route to the Games.
Warming-up is hugely important and is something you should do before every workout. Give Shauna's routine a try and let us know how you get on in the comments below.

1. Push Press
2. Lat Pull-up
3. Chest Press
4. Scapular Retraction
5. Bent-Over Row
6. Lat Pull Down

That seems pretty shoulder-focused, isn't it?
doesn't look like the lat pulldown is so much the lats as it is the upper back and rear of the shoulder??? i don't see her lats flexing
Tricep* pull up. That exercise definitely works the triceps and not the lats. If you wanted to do a lat pull up you'd do pull ups with a big arch in the back.
She has what should be the body archetype for the 21st century woman.
