This Feb month of World Cancer Day 2024, ZenOnco.io proudly hosted a webinar featuring renowned actor and cancer caregiver Rajeev Khandelwal, known for winning audiences in "Kahiin To Hoga" and the critically acclaimed film "Aamir". Rajeev's journey has also been deeply personal and challenging, having been a caregiver to his mother, Vijay Laxmi Khandelwal, during her courageous journey with cancer. Unfortunately, she passed away in May 2018 after 1.5 year long journey with cancer. Rajeev believes that watching someone you love deal with cancer can be even more challenging than the disease itself. His experience highlights the silent struggles and strength of caregivers everywhere 🎗️
Rajeev shared heartfelt moments from his caregiving experience, reflecting on the power of staying positive and the inner strength needed to support a loved one. He believes that the battle against cancer is not just about medical treatments but also about the courage from within. “You can overcome any challenge with a positive spirit and the will to keep fighting” he says.
