They are bullion so it is the price of 2oz of silver plus the premium the bullion dealer puts on (which is pretty high these days). The price can change all day depending on the price of silver and you have to buy from a bullion dealer not from the mint. I have been buying the Ice Age 2oz series and they are really well done with amazing artwork. If you are more of a collector like me you might want to consider getting capsule(s) for it or them since bullion doesn't come in a capsule like the ones right from the mint if that matters to you.
