But don't be surprised if things suddenly change because I will be inventing Google, Facebook, Amazon and heavily donating to the Trump re-election campaign because with Biden it has become obvious we made a mistake.
There was one episode I think they stuffed down the memory hole. All I remember is Crockett rolling up on the bad guy in a Cadillac in a wooded grassy area. The bad guy starts talking in a Texas accent, but then it switches to a Russian accent. The bad guy tells Sonny that he and his comrades have infiltrated the whole government so deeply that they'll be running America soon. I wish I had recorded that one. It only aired once that I know of, and when I looked at all the synopses of the episodes I could never find it again. I even had all the episodes available on VHS, but it was not included. I am pretty sure this episode was telling the painful truth and that could not be allowed. If anyone else remembers it, or has a copy, I would love to know the name of the episode. After that one, my favorite was "El Viejo" when Willy played an old Texas Ranger. I had a 4-Head stereo vcr and a Harman Kardon 730 receiver with a set of 4 Advent Utility speakers and when Miami Vice came on, the whole street knew it.
This series, showing violence up the wazoo, made people want to visit Miami? That's interesting. Loved *"Heartbeat."* Favorite episode was *"Sons And Lovers"* from the end of season 2...

@@clarissawestbrook2203 ~ I said the same thing on the Miami Vice RUclips channel. The last 3 or 4 of episodes of the series could have had Tubbs finding out his son was alive. Then he and Crockett could have went looking for him. The series finale would have Tubbs being reunited with his son...
Miami Vice is a big hit in the Philippines. I was a high school student then, and didn't miss an episode. Just love these tv shows

I love Miami Vice. It's my favorite cop show of all time. The cast, the music the fashion, the plots were all excellent. They had a couple of ridiculous episodes, like the alien episode. WTH? Nevertheless, it was awesome. Johnson and Thomas made several good movies. Johnson is the most famous. Thanks for the video.
Along with the brighter fashion colors it was a much brighter happier time overall. The fact that it just was. As opposed to us "Being Informed" how much better things are now. Which we know to be true because "We're Told" that's the case.....
You forgot Melanie Griffith who Don Johnson remarried, hence Dakota Johnson as a high class madam and their steamy love scene and Sheena Easton as Crockett's murdered pop star second wife.
The show HAWAII 5 0 had some matish also, from the plane landings, the hola girls McGattert Merc driving as it was spining from the frame from seeing Steve McGarette on the roof with his hair blowing

Favorites are Sonny Crockett, Gina
Rico Tubbs & Trudy
beyond bloody brilliant ... this video, the show, everything that is Miami Vice ...John Diehl & Martin Ferrero occupy a special place in my heart, but hell, they all do ... then Glenn Frey's songs ... ahhh to bring that back !!!
DVD'S I bought in the past only 22 episodes. I seen on tv a few shows wasn't on the dvd. Some say each episodes really were 40 some episodes. I would like to get them.
As soon as I finish inventing my time machine I'm going back to the 80's.....
I decided it is where I belong.
But don't be surprised if things suddenly change because I will be inventing Google, Facebook, Amazon and heavily donating to the Trump re-election campaign because with Biden it has become obvious we made a mistake.
Obviously
If you go back...take me with you... The 80s were amazing...!!!
Without Miami Vice, there will be no GTA Vice City.
What about detective Zito? What's going on with him?
Smugglers blues with glenn fry that sure was a good one
This series, showing violence up the wazoo, made people want to visit Miami? That's interesting.
Loved *"Heartbeat."*
Favorite episode was
*"Sons And Lovers"* from the end of season 2...
I love that episode too!
@@clarissawestbrook2203 ~ 👍 They have it listed as the #10 episode in some videos. But for me, it should be #1...
@@Deborahtunes Same here beginning to end it's a masterpiece and puts the Calderone saga to a fitting and satisfying end. I just wish they would have follow up on Tubbs 's son
@@Deborahtunes That would have been a beautiful conclusion to the show.
Loved the show...absolutely despised the 2006 movie. It was a click-bait money grab from people nostalgic for the 80s.
Miami Vice is a big hit in the Philippines. I was a high school student then, and didn't miss an episode. Back in the 80s, shows like Airwolf, the A Team, Dynasty, Knots Landing, Falcon Crest, Dallas, Charlie's Angels, Remington Steele, Moonlighting- these were all a big hit in the Philippines. Just love these tv shows
i live in miami and i can say its an extradonary city infrastructre wise. growing by leaps and bounds q very vibrant cu lture. but since miami vice went off the air, its been culturally like a ship without a pilot. during miami vice the city would of had a uniform culture clothing wise and behavior on the street.
Rico and Crockett was my favorite the episode was the all time favorites was the pilot in 1984 and Free Fall 1989
Stop downplaying the brothas part tubbs was just as important as Crockett oh Amerikkka Amerikkka
You forgot Melanie Griffith who Don Johnson remarried, hence Dakota Johnson as a high class madam and their steamy love scene and Sheena Easton as Crockett's murdered pop star second wife.
Great TV 📺 Cop Show. Typical 80s. Music 🎼 & Clothes we’re Tops 🎶
The episode with Ted Nugent, and the episode with Glen Frey..I think he was in more than one episode..I could be wrong about that..
The show HAWAII 5 0 had some matish also, from the plane landings, the hola girls McGattert Merc driving as it was spining from the frame from seeing Steve McGarette on the roof with his hair blowing
To this day every time I hear Phil Collins in the Air Tonight it reminds me when Rico tubs got shot and Sonny was freaking out and telling him that you're going to live that's what I remember but they're always canceling the good shows I remember in the '80s when I went to universal studios I would watch the Miami vice dunk show back then I thought it was pretty cool
