Mine isn't grayed out. It simply does not appear at all. I tried every menu possible and still no option for AirPlay. it's a 2017 Samsung Smart TV in great shape. Assuming AirPlay wasn't an option until later??? Can I do some kind of an update? Thanks!!
Tee-19 Bro, If your TV is not compatible to your TV, then you won’t be able to use Airplay. You can try using an Apple TV Box to get AirPlay on Samsung TV.☺️
TV Model- Samsung Q75BA. Tried all but still the Apple Airplay Settings option is greyed out. This happened after I reset the TV. It was working fine before resetting. Any alternative suggestions?
mohamedfarwath9078 Bro, Since the issue occurred after resetting your TV, try these steps: Update your Samsung TV's firmware. Reset the TV's network settings and Smart Hub. Also ensure your Wi-Fi network is compatible with AirPlay.☺️
Nothing in the video worked. My RUclips picks up my tv but won’t connect, my Netflix won’t pick up my tv at all. The only thing that worked was connecting an Ethernet cable to my tv and now my phone connects with no problem
Thank you so much - this saved our confusing AirPlay problem and my kids and I are so grateful!!

in my case, it was the network, the frame connected to the 2.4 instead of the 5.0 thus my issue, thank you
veteq101 Bro, Most Welcome. Glad to hear you were able to detect your problem and were able to fix your Problem.☺️
After i entered the code it just automatically goes back again to the airplay help page on the monitor
sophiebraschinger8633 Bro, Check the AirPlay Settings is set up correctly, if not, it can cause the issue.☺️
First step fixed it.

My issue is that on my sasmsung freestyle projector the airplay mode settings doesn't even appear. Any ideas why that might be happening?
