I cant find the Apple Airplay settings anywhere, but on the box and in the manual it does say that my tv is comparable. I’ve looked in general (i don’t have connection in my settings) but I can’t seem to find it.
@Akashdeep Singh You won't be able to use this feature unless both products are on the same network. If you don't have access to wifi then it will not work, unfortunately.

@Aashkanani It depends on the screen format. Sometimes you just have to rotate your phone sideways to show off landscape mode and the screen will fill up, but if you're trying to show something that was shot in portrait mode it will have black bars on the sides.

@Zebula77 You may need to update the TVs firmware if that hasn't been done in a while. Sometimes if it's not on the latest version the features won't all work properly. Hopefully that's all it takes for it to start working for you.
@Zebula77 Sometimes that happens if you have an app open in the background of your TV. Make sure all your TVs apps are closed and then go back into the system menu. Hopefully it will no longer be greyed out and you can perform an update.

@MultiDoogz The TV won't output audio through AirPlay, it can only accept an AirPlay signal from a source. But a lot of the new Samsung TVs have bluetooth audio out so that may be an option to consider using if you're looking for a wireless way to listen to your TVs audio.
@Amy Tyrrell-Sutherland Make sure the volume is turned up on your phone as well as the TV. It should be playing back audio as well as video when you AirPlay.
@@abtelectronicsdoes the audio only work for the youtube app? We've found that none of our phones will play sounds from Instagram and TikTok applications.
It depends on what app you’re using, if you have RUclips premium then make sure you’re not on screen mirroring and just lock your phone but any other app won’t work

First time until I’ve updated the iOS was working perfectly but as soon I’ve installed the new iOS the landscape picture it’s not working as soon as I want to turn on landscape it’s take me out of the airplay.Does anyone had the same problem,and if yes how do you fix it?Thanks

You gotta exit out of settings, go to source, then connection guide, then mobile device, then screen sharing
But all it says is smart view app not available for iphone

What if TV is hardwired to home network?
@robertortiz3141 That would still be fine. As long as your phone is on the WiFi that is connected with your home network it will work.
Rubbish considering this literally only works in RUclips since they have the cast to device button that other sites don't use.

I was able to connect, but when I tried watching a show with a different language the subtitles wouldnt pop up, I got dissapointed
