    Thank you very much Erik, for all your explanation about people analytics and also the digital HR which are brings a new information and beneficial insight for me as an HR Staff. I just think that there are so many things that I and my team should do to transforming from the traditional ways in handling HR tasks to a digital system in my workplace.
