This is not an excavator, this is a hydraulic mountain goat with an appetite for humbling puny humans.. What an awesome machine (and skilled pilots).. I want to watch Starship Troopers now..
This is skilled operating at its finest. Of course the machine is world class, but the finesse and ease with which the operator accomplishes his work are second to none.
You have honoured the tradition of the late, great R. G. LeTourneau. You should make a version three times the size and call it the LeTourneau edition. What am awesome machine you have built.

realy nice i would like to have a smaller one to work on my drive way to my house .. what will become when the know all leaders force electric motors on those ? might just be the end of good equipment such as this
On our website you can check all models: www.menzimuck.com/en/product-groups/menzi-muck-walking-excavators/. Thank you and best regards, Menzi Muck Switzerland
Woah! How much do these things typically cost? A lot of mountainous regions could benefit from having excavators that have an easier time going up slopes. I imagine this is from Switzerland or similar?
I would like to see from the operators view and have the operator explain how to control everything? Seems like humans do not have enough arms, hands, legs, or feet to function all that machine can do? Octohuman needed
Menzi Muck should team up with Boston Dynamics to create the worlds first AI assisted excavators. Take some of the load of the drivers controlling these things.
Normal excavator, you'd need a 4 point harness. You can level your cab with these machines. Plus most tracked hoes are not designed engine wise to work on these grades.

Blessed love to all, this is one of the best tractor ever built, I would watch it work all day, watching from Jamaica west Indies !!

Nice to see a video of these machines actually WORKING ! I'm so sick of the promotional videos of them "dancing" at a trade show !

In the Greater Antilles this will work very well as they are mountainous.

Good
Voglio la benna 360!
You mean rototilt? Very standard thing, its the least impressive feature on this Machine...
Got a winch line connected to it anyways why not just use a normal excavator at that point.

@@johnner007 I've seen them work on some pretty ridiculous grades. I know videos rarely do it justice though
@@damoncrockett9321 I do integrity hot digs in British Columbia. My partner has a spider hoe. Hes a fricking magician on it.
@@johndunseith2033 I've been operating a long time but I feel like it'd take a special kind of operator to run one of those. So many switches lol
@@damoncrockett9321 it would definitely be a learning curve!
