I needed this today. Something happened yesterday that really spun me into a familiar old disappointment. I have been fighting the temptation to be bitter today. I've just been quietly making my laundry soap, cleaning my house, and tending to other chores. Choosing silence until I have clear words to speak. I heated up a couple of my homemade red pork tamales and opened youtube to find this message. Thank you pastor Jesse. Girding up my mind against bitterness and aiming for forgiveness. Much love from Missouri. ❤

@7:47 my life is 1000x more exciting living the Christian life, they try to make Christianity look boring and lacking fun in the mainstream media to turn people away. Walking with Jesus Christ is the most excitement I've ever had, everyday. Praise the Lord 🔥

If living the Christian Life is,
blaspheming people who have the Holy Spirit,
burning a bible with a different translation that you don't agree with,
and saying the N word with the hard R at the end,
then I've been living the wrong Christian lifestyle this entire time.
I find it convenient that false teachers who don't have the Holy Spirit, that are leading people astray with a false doctrine, are supporting each other.

@@magicalmike3629 What is this foolishness, I'm a sinner who has fallen short of the glory of God just like everyone else, but they're leading people astray with a false doctrine, that's why they don't have the Holy Spirit. I also see you in Jacksmack77's comment section and that isn't a good thing either, with how much of a prideful self-righteous arrogant hypocrite that he is. Why are you defending Feugo Savvy? if this is a hill you want to die on, then you do you.
Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons, speaking lies in hypocrisy, having their own conscience seared with a hot iron, -1 Timothy 4:1-2

@@magicalmike3629 Also the fact that you believe in OSAS and believe that you can do what ever you want and still be saved, is abusing God's grace and denying Jesus Christ.
For certain individuals whose condemnation was written about long ago have secretly slipped in among you. They are ungodly people, who pervert the grace of our God into a license for immorality and deny Jesus Christ our only Sovereign and Lord. -Jude 1:4

They accused Paul of abusing grace too. Romans 3:8. What are you saying if OSAS isn’t true? That IS the gospel. If Jesus didn’t save eternally, then he didn’t save at all. John 3:16: everlasting life. He didn’t say “temporary life, life until you stop believing, life until you commit apostasy or probationary life.”
Sure, Fuego has some things he’s done, but we ALL have things that we’ve done that are sinful. I’ll commend you though. You’re correctly holding to your legalistic doctrine of fruit inspection. “Look at how bad he is.”
Nah my friend. Forgive. Look to the cross.

    Hello Pastor Jesse.
Will you please enlighten me about this doctrine in Matthew which says " those who will endure in the end shall be saved"
    Tnx

    • @dough3821
      @dough3821 2 месяца назад +2

Jesse or Trent might be able to give you a more detailed response, but I will just point out that the context of where that verse (Matt. 24:13) occurs is the Tribulation period. The Olivet Discourse in Matt. 24-25 is all about the Tribulation period (or time of "Jacob's Trouble"). So, the verse is teaching that those Jews who place their faith in Jesus as the Messiah during the Tribulation (beginning with the 144,000 witnesses) will have to endure to the end in obedience and faithfulness if they hope to physically survive that terrible period of persecution. The Antichrist will try to hunt down and kill all those who refuse the mark of the beast during the second half of the Tribulation.
The verse is NOT teaching that we must persevere in faithfulness and good works in order to prove or maintain the reality of our salvation (as reformed/covenant theology teaches). That is so foreign to the context, and the verse is not even dealing with salvation from hell. Again, it is dealing with a physical deliverance in a future time period known as the Tribulation.

    • @BibleLine
      @BibleLine  2 месяца назад +2

That’s a fantastic response. Every time you see “saved” in the Bible does not mean “salvation from hell.”
      Examples:
      David and his battles
Paul and crew in the boat at the end of Acts
James 1 where it says your “soul” (idea is life, physical life) can be saved by the doing of the Word.

Can you do an analysis of Some of the principles in the book Practicing the Way with John Mark Comer? A friend of mine gave me this book to read together. Essentially, the book is about being a true disciple of Jesus or an apprentice. While reading the book, I quickly notice that he seems to be equating salvation with discipleship. He’s quoted saying in his book that “ it’s not a guarantee that you can Call yourself a Christian and not be an apprentice of Jesus and still enter the kingdom of Heaven” He then quotes the verse, Lord Lord.

By that quote, he is definitely equating salvation with discipleship. Many teachers do this with the Word. This contradicts multitudes of clear scripture such as Romans 4:1-5, Gal. 2:16, Eph. 2:8-9.

When it said be holy as i am holy, i thought that was refering to Christs imputed righteousness by accepting the gospel.

    I have an honest question.
Free Grace suggests that some people might not feel any change in their lives after being born of God.
I find it hard to believe that the Holy Spirit would do absolutely nothing in some Christians that they themselves can notice. For example, having a guilty conscience when you sin-not in the sense of needing to do good works to prove your faith, but more in the sense of why wouldn’t the Holy Spirit change you from the inside? Whether or not you listen to that change is a different issue.
Please someone help me to understand🙏

What you said is accurate concerning the Spirit. The Spirit is always convicting of sin, righteousness and judgment. The Spirit grieves, teaches and guides us. Your latter statement is the key. Whether we yield to the Spirit is our choice. Sadly many believers yield to their flesh even though the scripture commands us to walk in the Spirit. Gal. 5:16-17, Gal. 6:7-9, John 16:8-11
P.S. Many free grace teachers believe different things. We choose to reject having any label over us aside from believing what the scripture says. Perhaps “Biblicists.”

It’s not that the Holy Spirit isn’t doing His work, as a babe it may be hard and take time to grow in Faith and learn how to live in the Spirit and seek the way out of temptation.

TOP 10 Comments only 10 out of 613 Laws we would have to Obey perfectly to reach God's Standard Holly righteusness perfection '

Why imputet righteusness is the only possible way to Enter Heaven at all.
Jesus: I NEVER KNOW YOU DEPART FROM ME '

The KEY, Jesus have Never know them.

The reason why atheist's refuse to believe the gospel is exactly why OSAS is the gospel.

OSAS is a result of the Gospel. The Gospel is Jesus’s death, burial, and resurrection (1Cor 15:1-4) and believing Jesus paid our penalty for sin. When we place our faith in Christ's finished work at the cross and believe Jesus paid it all through His blood, we receive HIS righteousness (Rom 4:1-4). I agree with everything else you said! Praise God that you are no longer an agnostic and are eternally saved! ❤
