I was a fan back in the day, an old Problem Sleuth player. I just want to thank for composing my favourite song from the whole comic. Even today, I never skip it when it comes up in my shuffle. Hits the same, all these years later.
i think the only problem thatd arise there is the fact that this is a remix of a LOT of homestuck songs and motifs, mainly rex duodecim angelus. would love to see it still

It keeps happening both because Homestuck Acts 1 through 7 was a great complete story and Toby Fox is great at writing music centered around using leitmotifs to remind the listener of events that happened previously.

@@literallyn01imp0rtant It is. Same leitmotif, different instruments and a different intro, but it is. All of the X-slammer/setter/jammer/sweater are using the Sunsetter leitmotif. I used to have a link to a really useful website that listed all of the songs, fanon or canon, that used XYZ leitmotif or song structure. It was really useful, but I forgot what it's called :(

I started re-reading Homestuck yesterday, and it's the third time I'm reading through it but I still can't believe how the story meshes so well and maintains being both hectic and confusing while somehow still being understandable.
