    It sounds like you guys are sitting right on top of an aquifer. That is not a bad thing at all. I don't have any tips but to me it sounds like you are thinking up the right path. I am on swampy land and I would like to figure out how to push the water down a slope and into a little pond that is already there for ducks in the future. I am excited to watch your journey with it.

      I guarantee you that if you get ducks and let them roam in that area, they will show you the path of least resistance for water lol. At least, that's what ours have done in just a few weeks of free ranging. I wish I had additional tips to help in your situation

      What part would be the biggest expenses? I was thinking of using a shovel and just digging, or am I missing a bigger part of the picture?
