Doug Batchelor is one of the best teacher's / preacher's I have seen / heard. He explains the word of God in a way I can understand. I have learned so much from him and 3ABN.
I am convinced after his comment about the Bible referencing pastors as prophets, that he is a modern day prophet. He is basically a translator and he answered several questions I had to God with just this sermon alone, about my personal life. And I've seen he did that to other people, too. His crown is going to be so SO beautiful 😭❤️ God bless him and God help me to be a better person.
There will be a generation who will believe BY FAITH that victory over willful sin will be overcome, therefore fulfilling the mystery of God and bringing the final events and the Second Coming of Christ.

Robt Clayton - Take a day off, would ya? You would not know truth if Christ told it directly to your face. You are a very confused Catholic. Please read the WHOLE Bible and construct the entire tapestry it can provide. You do nothing but cherry pick and use passages under pretext - not context. The Bible cannot be broken, so if you break it by forcing passages to contradict other passages - then you are using your own private interpretation. Private interpretation is NOT allowed. The same Holy Spirit that inspired the Bible will give each of us spiritual discernment if we understand FULLY - that if the Bible seems contradict Ive, we simply do not rightly understand what we are reading, and must pray and believe that the Holy Spirit will in His way and time - open the understanding to our heart and mind.
Pastor Doug’s msg is clear from the Bible that we Christians compromised with other religions and participated in their occults, making God angry and Him to punish us with ie pestilence to convict us & turn back to him! I pray for those Church leaders who joined Roman Catholic to repent & come out! Amen

i also question that so instead of just studying the bible for 1 hour according to my to do list , ended up reading the story of balaam over and over for 4 hours to understand on why God get angry when He told balaam to go , God knows everything , He knows .

I am a german, i can show you the letters of Dr. Martin Luther who invented the "Christ is the end of he law"-lie. He mistranslated romans 10:4 with "telos" which means basically end-goal but never end. A professor of old greek informed Luther that he changed the bibles meaning by his mistranslation: Luther replied in pilate-manner: "I wrote what I wrote!". Imagine that... Luther regards himself of pilates alike. What real prophet of God would want to use the words of a man who killed Father? Luther and all these VIP-religious people are full of yeast. Wonderful sermon my brother excellent more than one message in a message..I Had a dream that I was telling someone about the dream I had looking in the mirror and light lead away from the mirror and ask what do think the end of the light marked she said prophecy then a woman from behind me said prophet then suddenly a lightning struck from heaven and signs appears in the moon it changes and out of my mouth utter the word behold the coming of the Lord is near and chaos broke out on the land and I see people as they had a new plague some were dead some look scared and lost..a man attack me as I was leading out 3 females to safety but I took out a sword and light came on it and defeated the man and went over the wall.had this dream about 1month ago .

This is the first sermon I've heard that doesn't stop with Balaam's blessing the Israelites. I think Doug you have done a very job of adding relevant details and giving a good overall context to the story and what Balaam was about. Well done sir. A small point of contention is that you said Balaam="consumer" in Hebrew. H1109 says it actually means "not of the people". A much larger point of contention is that Saul aka Paul of Tarsus is also guilty of Balaam's error/sin, as he teaches that believers have the liberty to eat meat sacrificed to idols, only abstaining if a "weak" brother (ie: believer) is present. Paul maintains that a strong faith in one God and that an idol is nothing cancels out the sin. I very much doubt that the Israelites of the time, having just witnessed the plagues of Egypt, their escape, parting of the sea, and their defeat of their enemies left them as "weak brothers". No.
I've got a few words of encouragement in the midst of what's going on. It might sound wierd, it is for real and I thought it would be important to say it. Its long because I've tried to and any faqs! Hopefully this will answer some of those nagging questions - Why can't evil be forgiven and let off, how is the whole "Jesus dying" thing really relevant to anything? To you? if you still have any questions let me know x Ever struggle? Ever doubt that God Loves You After what you've done? Ever wonder if He exists for that matter? Read this: All of us have lied, stolen (even tiny things count), spoken badly to our parents and had embarrassing and detestable thoughts in our thought life. The Bible calls this "sin", the breaking of God's laws. You might think, so what? Everyone lies and thinks bad things about others! Its human! You're right. That's exactly what the Bible says, we're "born into sin" and that "all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" - Romans 3:23 What is that "glory", morally speaking? Well, the opposite of human nature and desires. Not lying, not stealing, and having a perfect thought life is God's standard for us. But if its God's standard and we were made in "God's image", Why don't we meet it? Well, Remember Adam and Eve and when they sinned. Before sin they were perfect in thought word and DEED completely, but after the first sin occured due to Satan's tempting in the Garden, it destroyed that part of us that was morally perfect and in perfect harmony with God's morals, standard, and love. So while we kept certain things, the ability to be thinking individuals with unique personalities, the moral part (affecting how our thoughts, actions and personalities operate) was damaged. To the point where we are "opposed" to God, hence His nature and standards being the opposite of what we see as reasonable or possible. The Bible even makes it clear that "apart from God you can do nothing" - John 15:5. Without Him, it will 100% feel "opposite", unreasonable and alien to us. Only WITH Him can we gain victory in these things. Why doesn't God just let sin off and leave it? The Bible describes God as a "righteous judge", many wonder why God doesn't just let sin off and leave it, but He can't. Why? That's like a if a judge let off a murderer who broke the state law. Everyone would attack that judge and call Him corrupt, saying that he had not done right and should be fired for failing to punish the murderer for his evil. AND to completely love and be good as God is, means you need to, in turn, hate all forms of evil. You can't truly love good unless you hate the existence of evil. This means that God needed, as a righteous judge to punish sin with the ultimate penalty of death - expressing His hatred of evil - and separation from His presence forever. Hence Hell. "The soul that sins shall die (in Hell and suffer damnation)" - Ezekiel 18:20 But God, who is also love, did not want to see His creation tortured and cut off from Him. He cares so much for is that He couldn't bear to see us fall into Satans hands and suffer death, even though we broke the law and deserve to bear the guilt, pain and be cut off from perfection forever through damnation. Because of justice, God could not leave sin and evil unpunished, BUT because of LOVE, God provided someone else to take that punishment on our behalf, satisfying both justice (by punishing the evil committed), and love (by sparing OUR lives) despite our sin. God sent His own SON - think about that. His *Son*, the one whom He loved infinitely (the same way He loves us). God allowed Him to take the pain we deserved, He took ALL of Gods wrath for every single sin you and I have committed. He was punished brutally and completely as if He was the picture of mankind's sin itself so that we do not have to be punished. Back in the courtroom scenario: He paid the "fine" at His own expense (His life had to be morally perfect on this Earth, then He had to be killed as a sinless sacrifice on our behalf). So when He returns to remove all evil from the face of the Earth, we can be spared and free because Christ has already BEEN punished on our behalf. He then rose again on the third day, conquering not only life and sin and temptation, but DEATH. "I am the resurrection and the life: he that believeth in Me, though he were dead, yet shall he live (immortality and eternally in Heaven when I return)" - John 11:25-26 ALL we have to do is accept it by faith. Faith alone in Christ alone. Religion = rules to be saved The gospel = Christ saved us already we just have to believe it by faith. If you lack faith (as I did before), pray. He will make it strong it time. Trust Him as you would trust those close to you. He knows you even better than that. He created you and knows you inside out. ...WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? What does it actually mean for us? It means we can be completely free from the penalty of damnation. Not only that but we can be restored to Him and recreated into His moral image AGAIN as long as we accept Jesus having paid the price for us and accept Him as our Lord, the one who is in the front seat of our lives. He has a plan for your life, He's created you for a purpose. Just remember that. A purpose that includes being recreated into His image, one you can only accomplish through Him and reliance on His power and by following HIS way of life. What is this new way entail? It entails love, true love and service and aid to others, to "love God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength" and "love your neighbour as you love yourself" Matthew 22:37, 39. Sharing the message of Christ's death, resurrection and soon return on this Earth to give justice OR mercy depending on what the person chose. Sound "opposite" again? God knows it sounds opposite, which is why, as The Bible states, this is NOT something we can do alone. It's not in our nature. We need a new nature in the front seat, and the first step is to repent (turn from and reject our sin, pursuing the opposite direction and drawing close to God) Christ will give us an actual DESIRE to do these things. Through the, Holy Spirit, sent by Him to us after the ascension. He speaks to us through thoughts, verses, ideas and prayers and guides us so that we gain a desire to follow God and be able to do these "opposite" things through Him. ... What is the way FOR though? Firstly its to save you from sin - the only way to gain victory over sin and not have it as your master is through having Christ as your master and following His aid to resist the devil's temptations. Christ lived down here for 33 years suffering EVERY FORM of temptation that you have ever faced - "who in every respect [has] been tempted as we are, yet without sin" Hebrews 4:15. Therefore He is able to help us through our struggles. When the devil knows people have left his camp, he always tries harder with more temptations and evil attacks. BUT - His way is also there to guard and teach you daily in the midst of this (and despite this) sinful, selfish world. The path He wants you to walk is one of committment and love - its not about rules and regulations to save us - what Christ did GAVE us salvation. All we need is faith. The rest, the "fruits of good works (the will to obey and follow Him)", are what come through true, maturing faith. It's all about faith and the relationship God wants with you just like before sin arrived. God preferred His own Son to be tortured And *killed* to give a chance to us (who broke His law of perfection) so that we can live as His children again. He wants us to love and trust and worship Him. What if I still find myself sinning after I have accepted Christ? That's why Christ died, For our sin. His death doesn't fix us in a snap like that, but it does protect us from the damnation that our past, present and future sins would bring without Jesus. It's a process - a lifelong process - of God bringing you back to Him, away from the destructive pleasures of sin (greed, selfish temptations, trampling on people to gain). This takes a *lifetime*, as it does for all, but NEVER give up, when you fall, know Christ paid for that sin you committed already - just acknowledge your sin and ask for forgiveness - and you can get back up again because He already bore your guilt and shame. Regardless of the darkness you are in or the extent or frequency of the sins you have committed or will commit, regardless of how doubtful you may feel, know that Jesus UNDERSTANDS completely and He is faithful. "those who come to Me, I will by no means cast out" - John 6:37 ...HOW DO I LEARN MORE? Don't know where to start? Note down the Gospel of "John", or "Luke" (if you want a more detailed account of it all). Remember that He will "NEVER - and that means never - leave you, NOR forsake you" - Deuteronomy 31:6 Regardless of what goes on down here, God knows, Jesus has been down here and felt all the emotions you are feeling. You can go to Him with them and be assured that He loves you and is for you. Even in the storm, God is still there, walking on the water alongside you. Keep your heart open to Him and remember that if we pray for Christ to enter our lives, He will. "For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only begotten Son, that whomever believes in Him, shall not perish, but have everlasting life". - John 3:16 Thanks for reading if you did. He was as mindful of his past as he was of the future to come for man. He was, in origin older than the writtings of the bible, and still is, and knows his past very well, but none can say were he walks today, they he was, but i know and prophess that he never, was or is, a donkey to be scoffed and laughed at, for the writings on the wall, Rather his vision and the ensuing madness in his soul. God opened the donkey's mouth and the donkey spoke to Balaam from her experiences. Animals are not empty vessels, they have thoughts and feelings. Animals do what God asks them without complaint or hesitation. They have been corrupted by the sin of man and follow their instincts. , they never ate from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Which is why they could be used as a sacrifice. People should have seen the innocent animals and been upset that a being had to die because of them. Instead they had no compassion. As with Jesus, most had no compassion for the innocent, holy man being crucified. But it took the sacrifice of the only sinless man ever - Jesus Christ to save us. I am so looking forward to heaven, to be with the Lord ❤ firstly, to listen and learn and love Him ❤. And to again communicate with the animals God made. ❤ As we were meant to. When I look at animals I see the beauty of God. God spoke through the angel. He let the donkey speak.
In Islam, we have the same story and even view Moses as the rightful figure in the story. Just because we are not Jew, does not mean we do not follow the laws of god.
You keep saying the Holy Days are done away. God says time and again in Leviticus 23 "These are my Feasts". Even Paul tells the the Corinthians in 1st Corinthians 5 "...let us keep the Feast". He refers to the Feast of Unleavened Bread

If only for the words Devil/Satan/Serpent, "human sinful nature" was substituted, then the reason becomes clear for all the evil in the world. The subject of the Devil/Satan/Serpent is one of the most misunderstood subjects in the Bible and gives rise to false beliefs which are being promulgated. Doug does not understand that in the Book of Job, God knows the jealous thoughts of Job's peers and that in the first instance, is what is represented by the Satan. It is because God gives empowerment to the jealous thoughts of Job's peers to prove them wrong, God takes on the role/office of the Satan and causes the evil to happen to Job. Job 42:11 tells us; ".. and comforted him over all the evil that the LORD had brought upon him" . This clearly tells us that God did the work of the Satan. God proved (by the scientific method) that the hypothesis of Job's peers was wrong. Although Job passed the test, he did fall prey to his Satan (sin of human pride) and that is another lesson we learn from the story of Job.

I love to lesson to Pastor but he still has scales on his eyes to the truth just like Paul. I pray for him every day and his associates. My point is the death and resurrection of Jesus. I gave my book to Pastor but he refused to commit but send his magazine. So I"m taking it to you people. To find out the true day Jesus was crucified on. You must go to Matthew 26:2 "After two days is the Passover". What day was it when Jesus said this? The answer is in Matthew 24:1... it was the Sabbath. By Jesus own account it would be the middle of the week, "Tuesday" for the crucifixion and He would be resurrected three days later on "Friday." That's why they use to call it Good Friday. Jesus did not resurrect on Sunday. Amen! '
The only two points of disagreement I have with Doug Batchelor are; his understanding of the Devil, and his belief in the pr-existence of Jesus. My understanding of the Devil/Satan/Serpent is; the titles are the literary style of the Bible using personification to represent human nature which is sinful, from which originates all evil and is in us all to overcome (as Jesus did successfully). It can be for an individual, or a group of people, or organization representing humans behind that organization. I think the teaching about the Devil/Satan/Serpent is one of the most misrepresented subject. Jesus tells us the origin of all sin (read Mark 7:21 and Jer 17:9 and Romans 8:7 My personal belief about the origin of Jesus is that Jesus did not pr-exist, but his beginning was when God begat him by means of a virgin birth. It is up to each one of us to find the truth and rightly divide scripture.

@@jenniferornduff7835 Hello Jennifer. At face value, those verses which I know, would lead one to think that Jesus might have pre-existed. However, I have come to understand those verses differently based on the fact that Jesus could not have pre-existed. Jesus is preeminent in God's plan. When God said "let us make man in our image", that is likley to refer to God as the Elohym being a plurality. Jesus has proven to be the righteous man, who God had in mind when he created man and wants to have a relationship with. This is why Jesus was in the mind of God from the very beginning, when God made that statement. Knowing man would be sin, God had to provide a way for man to be redeemed. We are thankful to Jesus for being the sacrifice to cover our sin. Without the shedding of blood, there can be no remission for sin. Jesus shed his own blood to be the one-off sacrifice for the propitiation for our sin. It is the pre-eminence of Jesus by which he could say; "before Abraham was, I am he". Note; to be consistent with translating the words, we must include the "I am he". This is NOT; "I AM", which is misleading and inaccurate. Note; Jesus was sent the same way as John the baptiser was sent. Jesus was born of a woman, the same as John was born of a woman. The birth of Jesus was his genesis. Jesus did not exist before his birth. Jesus came from God by the miracle of the virgin birth. There are many examples of things which come from God, which are heaven sent. Joh 1:14 "And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth." God spoke the Word by which he created all things. Simply speaking, God spoke things into existence. When it was time for Jesus to be born, then by the Holy Spirit (God's power) he spoke again and Jesus was conceived in the womb of Mary. We know that Jesus told his disciples that all the words he had received from his Heavenly Father, he had told them. At the baptism of Jesus, God shouts down; "this is my begotten sonn. Hear him". Jesus learned and understood all the Hebrew Scriptures which spoke concerning him. We have to take all the words of Jesus as coming originally from God his father. Whilst I can give you a different understanding of all the verses you bring out to support your view, there is an inherant problem with thinking that Jesus could pre-exist and have all the power of God, yet somehow change his state and become a fetus, having no now power and no knowledge. This is beyond belief, and to say that "nothing is impossible for God" is not an answer and would be an abuse of scripture. What is impossible for man, is possible for God, and that is how those words should be understood. There are things which are impossible for God, and therefore taking that absolute means "nothing is impossible for God" is not what you think it means. To believe Jesus did not pre-exist, does not take away from the Glory of Jesus which he has now. The fact is; the saints which are resurrected to eternal life, will have the same nature as Jesus has now. If we do not believe Jesus was born and was a man of flesh exactly with the same nature as Adam and Ever were created with, means we are an antichrist; 1Jn_2:18 Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time. 1Jn_2:22 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. 1Jn_4:3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. 2Jn_1:7 For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist. We simply have to believe Jesus was begotten ( given birth from) God his father and he was born a man in the flesh the same as any other person. We are told (Luk_2:52) "And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man". Joh 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. God bless.

Doug Batchelor is one of the best teacher's / preacher's I have seen / heard. He explains the word of God in a way I can understand. I have learned so much from him and 3ABN.
I am convinced after his comment about the Bible referencing pastors as prophets, that he is a modern day prophet. He is basically a translator and he answered several questions I had to God with just this sermon alone, about my personal life. And I've seen he did that to other people, too. I am a german, i can show you the letters of Dr. Martin Luther who invented the "Christ is the end of he law"-lie. He mistranslated romans 10:4 with "telos" which means basically end-goal but never end. A professor of old greek informed Luther that he changed the bibles meaning by his mistranslation: Luther replied in pilate-manner: "I wrote what I wrote!". Imagine that... Luther regards himself of pilates alike. What real prophet of God would want to use the words of a man who killed Father? Luther and all these VIP-religious people are full of yeast. Wonderful sermon my brother excellent more than one message in a message..I Had a dream that I was telling someone about the dream I had looking in the mirror and light lead away from the mirror and ask what do think the end of the light marked she said prophecy then a woman from behind me said prophet then suddenly a lightning struck from heaven and signs appears in the moon it changes and out of my mouth utter the word behold the coming of the Lord is near and chaos broke out on the land and I see people as they had a new plague some were dead some look scared and lost..a man attack me as I was leading out 3 females to safety but I took out a sword and light came on it and defeated the man and went over the wall.had this dream about 1month ago .

This is the first sermon I've heard that doesn't stop with Balaam's blessing the Israelites. I think Doug you have done a very job of adding relevant details and giving a good overall context to the story and what Balaam was about. Well done sir. A small point of contention is that you said Balaam="consumer" in Hebrew. H1109 says it actually means "not of the people". A much larger point of contention is that Saul aka Paul of Tarsus is also guilty of Balaam's error/sin, as he teaches that believers have the liberty to eat meat sacrificed to idols, only abstaining if a "weak" brother (ie: believer) is present. Paul maintains that a strong faith in one God and that an idol is nothing cancels out the sin. I very much doubt that the Israelites of the time, having just witnessed the plagues of Egypt, their escape, parting of the sea, and their defeat of their enemies left them as "weak brothers". No.

I've got a few words of encouragement in the midst of what's going on. It might sound wierd, it is for real and I thought it would be important to say it.
Its long because I've tried to and any faqs!
Hopefully this will answer some of those nagging questions -
Why can't evil be forgiven and let off, how is the whole "Jesus dying" thing really relevant to anything? To you? if you still have any questions let me know x
Ever struggle? Ever doubt that God Loves You After what you've done? Ever wonder if He exists for that matter? Read this:
All of us have lied, stolen (even tiny things count), spoken badly to our parents and had embarrassing and detestable thoughts in our thought life. The Bible calls this "sin", the breaking of God's laws. You might think, so what? Everyone lies and thinks bad things about others! Its human!
You're right. That's exactly what the Bible says, we're "born into sin" and that "all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" - Romans 3:23
What is that "glory", morally speaking?
Well, the opposite of human nature and desires.
Not lying, not stealing, and having a perfect thought life is God's standard for us.
But if its God's standard and we were made in "God's image", Why don't we meet it?
Well, Remember Adam and Eve and when they sinned. Before sin they were perfect in thought word and DEED completely, but after the first sin occured due to Satan's tempting in the Garden, it destroyed that part of us that was morally perfect and in perfect harmony with God's morals, standard, and love. So while we kept certain things, the ability to be thinking individuals with unique personalities, the moral part (affecting how our thoughts, actions and personalities operate) was damaged. To the point where we are "opposed" to God, hence His nature and standards being the opposite of what we see as reasonable or possible. The Bible even makes it clear that "apart from God you can do nothing" - John 15:5. Without Him, it will 100% feel "opposite", unreasonable and alien to us. Only WITH Him can we gain victory in these things.
Why doesn't God just let sin off and leave it?
The Bible describes God as a "righteous judge", many wonder why God doesn't just let sin off and leave it, but He can't. Why? That's like a if a judge let off a
murderer who broke the state law. Everyone would attack that judge and call Him corrupt, saying that he had not done right and should be fired for failing to punish the murderer for his evil. AND to completely love and be good as God is, means you need to, in turn, hate all forms of evil. You can't truly love good unless you hate the existence of evil.
This means that God needed, as a righteous judge to punish sin with the ultimate penalty of death - expressing His hatred of evil - and separation from His presence forever. Hence Hell.
"The soul that sins shall die (in Hell and suffer damnation)" - Ezekiel 18:20
But God, who is also love, did not want to see His creation tortured and cut off from Him. He cares so much for is that He couldn't bear to see us fall into Satans hands and suffer death, even though we broke the law and deserve to bear the guilt, pain and be cut off from perfection forever through damnation.
Because of justice, God could not leave sin and evil unpunished, BUT because of LOVE, God provided someone else to take that punishment on our behalf, satisfying both justice (by punishing the evil committed), and love (by sparing OUR lives) despite our sin.
God sent His own SON - think about that. His *Son*, the one whom He loved infinitely (the same way He loves us).
God allowed Him to take the pain we deserved, He took ALL of Gods wrath for every single sin you and I have committed. He was punished brutally and completely as if He was the picture of mankind's sin itself so that we do not have to be punished.
Back in the courtroom scenario: He paid the "fine" at His own expense (His life had to be morally perfect on this Earth, then He had to be killed as a sinless sacrifice on our behalf).
So when He returns to remove all evil from the face of the Earth, we can be spared and free because Christ has already BEEN punished on our behalf. He then rose again on the third day, conquering not only life and sin and temptation, but DEATH.
"I am the resurrection and the life: he that believeth in Me, though he were dead, yet shall he live (immortality and eternally in Heaven when I return)" - John 11:25-26
ALL we have to do is accept it by faith. Faith alone in Christ alone.
Religion = rules to be saved
The gospel = Christ saved us already we just have to believe it by faith. If you lack faith (as I did before), pray. He will make it strong it time. Trust Him as you would trust those close to you. He knows you even better than that. He created you and knows you inside out.
...WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
What does it actually mean for us?
It means we can be completely free from the penalty of damnation.
Not only that but we can be restored to Him and recreated into His moral image AGAIN as long as we accept Jesus having paid the price for us and accept Him as our Lord, the one who is in the front seat of our lives. He has a plan for your life, He's created you for a purpose. Just remember that. A purpose that includes being recreated into His image, one you can only accomplish through Him and reliance on His power and by following HIS way of life.
What is this new way entail?
It entails love, true love and service and aid to others, to "love God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength" and "love your neighbour as you love yourself" Matthew 22:37, 39.
Sharing the message of Christ's death, resurrection and soon return on this Earth to give justice OR mercy depending on what the person chose.
Sound "opposite" again?
God knows it sounds opposite, which is why, as The Bible states, this is NOT something we can do alone. It's not in our nature.
We need a new nature in the front seat, and the first step is to repent (turn from and reject our sin, pursuing the opposite direction and drawing close to God)
Christ will give us an actual DESIRE to do these things. Through the, Holy Spirit, sent by Him to us after the ascension. He speaks to us through thoughts, verses, ideas and prayers and guides us so that we gain a desire to follow God and be able to do these "opposite" things through Him.

What is the way FOR though?
Firstly its to save you from sin - the only way to gain victory over sin and not have it as your master is through having Christ as your master and following His aid to resist the devil's temptations.
Christ lived down here for 33 years suffering EVERY FORM of temptation that you have ever faced - "who in every respect [has] been tempted as we are, yet without sin" Hebrews 4:15.
Therefore He is able to help us through our struggles. When the devil knows people have left his camp, he always tries harder with more temptations and evil attacks. BUT - His way is also there to guard and teach you daily in the midst of this (and despite this) sinful, selfish world.
The path He wants you to walk is one of committment and love - its not about rules and regulations to save us - what Christ did GAVE us salvation. All we need is faith. The rest, the "fruits of good works (the will to obey and follow Him)", are what come through true, maturing faith. It's all about faith and the relationship God wants with you just like before sin arrived.
God preferred His own Son to be tortured And *killed* to give a chance to us (who broke His law of perfection) so that we can live as His children again. He wants us to love and trust and worship Him.
What if I still find myself sinning after I have accepted Christ?
That's why Christ died, For our sin. His death doesn't fix us in a snap like that, but it does protect us from the damnation that our past, present and future sins would bring without Jesus.
It's a process - a lifelong process - of God bringing you back to Him, away from the destructive pleasures of sin (greed, selfish temptations, trampling on people to gain). This takes a *lifetime*, as it does for all, but NEVER give up, when you fall, know Christ paid for that sin you committed already - just acknowledge your sin and ask for forgiveness - and you can get back up again because He already bore your guilt and shame.
Regardless of the darkness you are in or the extent or frequency of the sins you have committed or will commit, regardless of how doubtful you may feel, know that Jesus UNDERSTANDS completely and He is faithful.
"those who come to Me, I will by no means cast out" - John 6:37

Note down the Gospel of "John", or "Luke" (if you want a more detailed account of it all).
Remember that He will "NEVER - and that means never - leave you, NOR forsake you" - Deuteronomy 31:6
Regardless of what goes on down here, God knows, Jesus has been down here and felt all the emotions you are feeling. You can go to Him with them and be assured that He loves you and is for you.
Even in the storm, God is still there, walking on the water alongside you.
Keep your heart open to Him and remember that if we pray for Christ to enter our lives, He will.
"For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only begotten Son, that whomever believes in Him, shall not perish, but have everlasting life". - John 3:16

He was as mindful of his past as he was of the future to come for man.

God opened the donkey's mouth and the donkey spoke to Balaam from her experiences. Animals are not empty vessels, they have thoughts and feelings.
Animals do what God asks them without complaint or hesitation.

People should have seen the innocent animals and been upset that a being had to die because of them. Instead they had no compassion.
As with Jesus, most had no compassion for the innocent, holy man being crucified.

If only for the words Devil/Satan/Serpent, "human sinful nature" was substituted, then the reason becomes clear for all the evil in the world. The subject of the Devil/Satan/Serpent is one of the most misunderstood subjects in the Bible and gives rise to false beliefs which are being promulgated.
Doug does not understand that in the Book of Job, God knows the jealous thoughts of Job's peers and that in the first instance, is what is represented by the Satan. It is because God gives empowerment to the jealous thoughts of Job's peers to prove them wrong, God takes on the role/office of the Satan and causes the evil to happen to Job. Job 42:11 tells us; ".. and comforted him over all the evil that the LORD had brought upon him" . This clearly tells us that God did the work of the Satan. God proved (by the scientific method) that the hypothesis of Job's peers was wrong. Although Job passed the test, he did fall prey to his Satan (sin of human pride) and that is another lesson we learn from the story of Job.

Why do you allow worldly ads on your videos? They are so horrible.
RUclips will put ads at the beginning and at the end of the videos regardless of what the content maker says. Its when you see ads in the middle or during the video that you know the content maker is placing them there to make money. And from what I have seen, there were not any ads placed during this video.

To find out the true day Jesus was crucified on. You must go to Matthew 26:2 "After two days is the Passover". What day was it when Jesus said this?
The answer is in Matthew 24:1... it was the Sabbath. By Jesus own account it would be the middle of the week, "Tuesday" for the crucifixion and He would be resurrected three days later on "Friday." That's why they use to call it Good Friday. Jesus did not resurrect on Sunday. Amen!

The only two points of disagreement I have with Doug Batchelor are; his understanding of the Devil, and his belief in the pr-existence of Jesus. My understanding of the Devil/Satan/Serpent is; the titles are the literary style of the Bible using personification to represent human nature which is sinful, from which originates all evil and is in us all to overcome (as Jesus did successfully). It can be for an individual, or a group of people, or organization representing humans behind that organization. I think the teaching about the Devil/Satan/Serpent is one of the most misrepresented subject. Jesus tells us the origin of all sin (read Mark 7:21 and Jer 17:9 and Romans 8:7
My personal belief about the origin of Jesus is that Jesus did not pr-exist, but his beginning was when God begat him by means of a virgin birth.
It is up to each one of us to find the truth and rightly divide scripture.

However, I have come to understand those verses differently based on the fact that Jesus could not have pre-existed. Jesus is preeminent in God's plan. When God said "let us make man in our image", that is likley to refer to God as the Elohym being a plurality. Jesus has proven to be the righteous man, who God had in mind when he created man and wants to have a relationship with. This is why Jesus was in the mind of God from the very beginning, when God made that statement. Knowing man would be sin, God had to provide a way for man to be redeemed. We are thankful to Jesus for being the sacrifice to cover our sin. Without the shedding of blood, there can be no remission for sin. Jesus shed his own blood to be the one-off sacrifice for the propitiation for our sin. It is the pre-eminence of Jesus by which he could say; "before Abraham was, I am he". Note; to be consistent with translating the words, we must include the "I am he". This is NOT; "I AM", which is misleading and inaccurate.
Note; Jesus was sent the same way as John the baptiser was sent. Jesus was born of a woman, the same as John was born of a woman. The birth of Jesus was his genesis. Jesus did not exist before his birth.
Jesus came from God by the miracle of the virgin birth. There are many examples of things which come from God, which are heaven sent.
Joh 1:14 "And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth." God spoke the Word by which he created all things. Simply speaking, God spoke things into existence. When it was time for Jesus to be born, then by the Holy Spirit (God's power) he spoke again and Jesus was conceived in the womb of Mary. We know that Jesus told his disciples that all the words he had received from his Heavenly Father, he had told them. At the baptism of Jesus, God shouts down; "this is my begotten sonn. Hear him". Jesus learned and understood all the Hebrew Scriptures which spoke concerning him. We have to take all the words of Jesus as coming originally from God his father.
Whilst I can give you a different understanding of all the verses you bring out to support your view, there is an inherant problem with thinking that Jesus could pre-exist and have all the power of God, yet somehow change his state and become a fetus, having no now power and no knowledge. This is beyond belief, and to say that "nothing is impossible for God" is not an answer and would be an abuse of scripture. What is impossible for man, is possible for God, and that is how those words should be understood. There are things which are impossible for God, and therefore taking that absolute means "nothing is impossible for God" is not what you think it means.
To believe Jesus did not pre-exist, does not take away from the Glory of Jesus which he has now. The fact is; the saints which are resurrected to eternal life, will have the same nature as Jesus has now. If we do not believe Jesus was born and was a man of flesh exactly with the same nature as Adam and Ever were created with, means we are an antichrist;
1Jn_2:18 Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.
1Jn_2:22 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.
1Jn_4:3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.
2Jn_1:7 For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.
We simply have to believe Jesus was begotten ( given birth from) God his father and he was born a man in the flesh the same as any other person. We are told (Luk_2:52) "And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man".
Joh 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

He talks of Monotheism and the One true God, as if he believes in Him at all!!!, he defends the trinity god at the same time in his other videos as if Monotheism or One true God can be reconciled with the three gods of the trinity he so adamantly defend in other videos. Too bad.

you need to stick to what the bible and SOP say, just search for yourself, he is a popular preacher, you should easily find him, preaching defending the the trinity ideas, which cannot be proved by scriptures anywhere even the denominational literature affirms this fact

Jesus is not only a person as trinitarians use the term as if to distinguish it from a being, Jesus is both a being, and a person and a God too, separate from the Father who is also God. Then how do you create a a one god with three so called persons not beings.?.

You mean to say when we had a living prophetess among us in 1820s to 1915, we did not know who God is and now under catholic indoctrinated theologians, like this one, we now know God to be a trinity? So, you mean to say Catholics and Sunday keepers knew God to be a trinity and we did not know who he was when he actually talked to the church through a prophetess?
