      15 से 30 सेकंड तक रुकें। दोनों तरफ से करें। एक बार मे ही बहुत अधिक देर तक कर करने से अच्छा है कि 15 से 30 सेकंड तक करें और एक से अधिक बार करें।Thanks! Wish you Good Health.💐💐🙏

    महोदय मेरे साथ एक समस्या है
    मेरा पेट पिछले 10 सालों से ख़राब ही रहता है
    इस कारण से में किसी भी तरह की कसरत नहीं कर पता हु कृपया मुझे कोई उपाय बताइये सर
