Absolutely adorable! I made one of these a few months ago with no pattern at all. ..just from myself that turned out pretty cute! But I love to see now how you did it too. So darn cute Patty!! You have Wonderful talent!
Once again you’ve made an adorable gnome 🥰 You are so talented and very creative with your ideas. What kind of glue gun and glue are you using? You never appear to burn your fingers while making them. The temperature must be warm instead of hot?
Thanks. I burn myself all the time, I just edit that part out 😂. I use this glue surebonder gun most of the time and these glue sticks. They have worked for me for years. Glue gun - amzn.to/3a2kbIu Hot glue sticks - these are best. amzn.to/37jMIYF
These are truly put together very well. I love that you only need a few items to create this. Pool noodles at Dollar Tree. Where did you find your velvet treat bags?

Adorable....nice work ... What can you use instead of the noodle pool thing... They don't have them out here in Canada not yet anyway... I love him... You're one talented cookie... 💖
Look at your local home and garden store for styrofoam pipe wrap. They make it in small diameters. The pool noodle I used is 2.25” in diameter. Thanks.
Hi Patti, it's me again . I noticed that there are holes in the top part of the bag where the strings were. It shows when you wrap the pool noodle around it and happens to be at the front, so you see those holes. I guess there's no way around this. Lol
Hi Miss Patti, I hope you look at this. I would like so help here. I'm making ur graduation gnomes. I saw on one site they say you cannot us felt on gnomes you can see the glue. Do you or anyone know about this? I love your work. I don't know what I would do without you.
The base is 3". You can use anything with some weight to it that is approx 3". You could use round object, even styrofoam and add some weight to it. Thanks, Patti
Hi patti. I tried other patterns at store to print. These are not working it shows it’s document. No patterns, can you mail these patterns of all gnomes ?
Nancy, as much as I would like to, I don't have the resources to mail all of my patterns, that is why I have them for free as a download. Let me know what device you are trying to open these on and I can help you. Thanks, Patti
I did not have a pattern for this one. I used velvet treat bags for the body and 4.5" x 4.5" square felt for the hat. You can see all the supplies and the video here. pattijgood.com/2021/04/13/no-sew-diy-graduation-gnome-tutorial-super-easy/ Thanks, Patti

Can’t wait to make this for my grandsons 5th grade graduation. He loves gnomes. Question what size felt nose do I need to get? Thanks
10 mm is the size I used.

Thank you so much Tina. I used the 2mm felt from Hobby Lobby. I had no problem with the glue showing.
Hello Patti I had clicked the link you shared for the treat bags it’s said 4.7 x 7 inches is not 5x7. Does it make a big different?
No it does not. I think the bag said 5 x 7. Those are the ones I used. It has a note that the bags size is + or - .3". Thanks, Patti
@@PattiJGood Thank you very much 😊
What could you use instead of gift bags.
You could just glue or sew a bag and tie off the top. It's just a flat bag. You could also use a black sock.
Lobe this. What size is the wooden base and what else could I use instead. Thanks
The base is 3". You can use anything with some weight to it that is approx 3". You could use round object, even styrofoam and add some weight to it. Thanks, Patti
Thanks, Patti, also what length is the cord, and where can I find some.
I ordered them from Amazon. I just searched tassels. These were about 5" in length from tip to tip
@@PattiJGood you mean the honor cord, right?
Sorry Rose, that was for the tassels. The cord I purchased at Hobby Lobby on a spool. I think I cut it about 10" Thanks, Patti
Hi what’s the measurements of the black bags your using please ?
They are 4.70" x 7" Here are the ones I used amzn.to/3mDJB4r. Thanks, Patti
Soooo cute ♥️
Is it possible for doing minis of this for like key chains?
That would be super cute.
@@PattiJGood ill try to figure it out and ill show you on facebook lol if it turns out
@@kysshawiersema1426 You could use a cork for the body and use and eyelet to attach the key ring.
@@PattiJGood good idea thank you so much

I did not have a pattern for this one. I used velvet treat bags for the body and 4.5" x 4.5" square felt for the hat. You can see all the supplies and the video here. pattijgood.com/2021/04/13/no-sew-diy-graduation-gnome-tutorial-super-easy/ Thanks, Patti
Do you have a cow and a frog gnome?
I don't Margaret. I do have a cow on my list. I will add the frog too. Thanks for the idea.
Is there a alternative to treat bags … unavailable
You can just make a bag that size with fabric and hot glue. I have done that before.
Meravigliosi 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
