Totally. I’m licensed massage therapist. For your shoulder and neck sub scapula work. Deep work is the only way to release the muscles. It will be intense and so worth it afterwards. While the therapy is going on allow yourself to release what no longer serves you and replace it with healing.

That was really interesting to watch. Ever since watching your shorts videos I thought 'y'know what, this guy is not only handsome but comes across as a genuine, gentle soul who just enjoys life. I wasn't aware of the car accident nor the social issues(if thats the correct term)? That you have. I myself like to socialise but in small chunks but i love being on my own and enjoy my own company. My youngest son is the same. Your videos make me smile especially when you're doing your facial routine cos there are people out there who may see you doing this and not think its a 'manly' thing to do. But, when you smile and grin at the camera at the end it shows you're having a laugh and a 'don't care' attitude with 'i'm having fun' it doesn't matter what others think. This video was super-satisfying on a lot of different levels. I was thinking about my mom… she had to be productive every day. Once when she was recovering from a surgery she decided she was going to clean one drawer a day, just to feel productive and like she was making progress. She was that way all her life, so I think it’s with you for good.
My daughter describes herself the same way- her social battery runs out very quickly. She likes to be with people and participate but after a while she has to retreat to recharge. As I tell her, this is OK! Always take care of yourself! ♥️
I like the range of things that you chose to share, your candor and complete chill with who you and others are, and how you just roll with the different challenges that showed up during the week. You're right--things change and the ideas of health and wellness differ from person to person. Following our own paths help us improve. Keep taking care of yourself. I have to have surgery, but they can't get me in until January. They said 3 days after surgery, I start therapy. 😳🤦♀️ That is quick, so I better get tough! Prayers for your continued healing. At some point, I’m hoping you’ll address your diet and nutrition just as you do skin care, etc. I’m sorry I don’t know if you’re a singleton, but your parents must already miss you like crazy, especially your Mom. Please dress for the weather, and chat up people in a cafe or shop so your interaction is limited until you are more comfortable. Im so very sorry about your accident. I've heard you mention it. Looks like you have come a long way.❤ 🙏 I just found out I have 2 torn places in my rotator cuff. I have to have surgery, but they can't get me in until January. They said 3 days after surgery, I start therapy. 😳🤦♀️ That is quick, so I better get tough! Prayers for your continued healing. I’m a bit confused about your destination, but I’m sure I’ll get straightened out with your videos. Thanks for sharing the week with us and meeting your guy friends. It’s good to see your care with the Ortho and Chiropractor. I’m sure you’ll find excellent care in your new home. At some point, I’m hoping you’ll address your diet and nutrition just as you do skin care, etc. I’m sorry I don’t know if you’re a singleton, but your parents must already miss you like crazy, especially your Mom. Please dress for the weather, and chat up people in a cafe or shop so your interaction is limited until you are more comfortable.
