If you own a home business or you are part of a hobby community like me, you may find yourself shipping a lot of packages. Normally, I'd need to print labels out on type paper and use a ton of packaging tape to stick them to my boxes. A thermal label printer that I can connect to my phone via Bluetooth makes the job a whole lot quicker and more professional looking. I have had this printer for almost a year and I thought it was breaking down on me as I suddenly started having problems with it printing correctly on labels. It was printing the same label over and over again and also printing just one and then leaving labels blank. I did get some new labels and had thought that maybe Nelko was forcing my hand to only use their labels, which was odd because I believe I already purchased a second brand before. After watching your review I see that I needed to CALIBRATE it! Your thoroughness in your video is much appreciated!!! I already shipped some orders last week that were such a pain to print, but now I’m back to my usual QUICK routine!!!! Thank you!!!!

Bought one recently. There were 45 labels included. Also, you can use Bluetooth to connect it to any Windows workstation. Makes it easy to put the printer anywhere in the room. Doesn't work on macOS though (USB only).
As an added tip, printing from a desktop or laptop is a lot more convenient as you can generate your labels from Ebay/USPS/Fedex/etc, hit print and the printer will spit out multiple different labels in a single pass whereas on a phone or tablet you have to save the PDF, switch to the Shipping Printer Pro app, pick the PDF and it'll only print one label at a time. If you're buying a label printer, chances are that you have decent sales volume, so printing labels one at a time from your phone/tablet will get old _very_ fast.
So you’re saying I have save my Etsy label to my computer before I can print it? I will be sending this back, if that’s the case.

Just got mine. Love it and love your video. It works great with 4x6 labels but I couldn’t print properly with 2x2 circle stickers. If you or anyone can help, please let me know. It print but it is not well centered on circle stickers.

I bought this thermal printer a little over a week ago. The printer is nice the phone app is bad. I like the regular version of the of the app better than the pro version.
How do you use this with usps? I did click to ship but it will not print the label as a 4x6

Can you print multiple labels at once for file? I’ve been having a hard time figuring it out… when doing gallery they print blurry
Trying to print directly from UPS and I'm only printing out a small label when I print portrait and a partial label with landscape. What setting should I update? Choosing the 4x6 paper option.
Do you have to download the file first? Or can you directly send the label from the website like Etsy to the printer??

Are you limited to printing exclusively via the app? My friend bought one as a seller on Reverb where he was able to print on the website from his phone. Now he has to open an app to print. Is it not possible to have the Nelko apps appear when he prints via apps?

Thanks! It prints in thermal paper with adhesive backing, so you could make stickers. The print quality isn’t exceptional but decent.
How to print from your computer is what I need. Having a hard time getting my computer to print. My phone easy but computer (mac) not so much

I’ve only used my label printer twice and after not using it for a couple of months it won’t work. It just keeps beeping. How is this solved?

It supports both Bluetooth and USB on Windows. Mac is USB only.
it keeps spitting out black labels. I reset it, deleted and reinstalled driver, cleaned the inside sensors. nothinig works. Cant even return it cause its been just over a month
Ok I've calibrated my machine just at you said, and my printer is printing this tiny square like 1in x 1in and I can't get it to fill the label. The test label it prints out looks perfect, filling the whole label. What am I missing??
I also tried through the app, same thing. Downloaded the file, pressed the button , waited for the beep, the label passed back and fourth, printed my 1x1 in label. I'm going to scream. Please SOS

How do you print from phone?
Good question! Just download the app using the QR code in the box. Then save a PDF of your label and open it in the app.
I lov this but Im having a problem on my Mac Pro finding the printer and continues to asks for a code. The problem is ME not the printer. Im not savvy when it comes to this.
It’s not you, if it’s air print compatible, it’ll automatically show up
I just bought this… tried to print an Etsy label and it came out blank… is there something else I need to do? I’m using a Mac computer , not my iPhone … suggestions?
Sometimes that can mean the paper is placed wrong

I use this label printer with Etsy; you have to change the setting within the Etsy settings first (change it to 4x6) before printing. Took me awhile to figure it out, but that's what the issue was. Good luck!
