@@godwar2107 Traveler getting reborn would be cool. I don't think there is much danger for the Traveler in Snezhnaya, though. Unless all the Fatui Harbingers unite and fight them all at once. Traveller has not shown a power increase since Inazuna to be honest, just use power of others or get help. Furthermore the traveller is no longer shown wielding multiple element in the cutscene, like he could in the childe boss fight. This feels like a delibrate choice by Mihoyo, could the traveller be unable to wield them at once. The only element he could use together were anemo and geo which are not like other element because they are not aura element, the can only be the trigger element, except for anemo hypostatisis. Like anemo or geo doesn't stay on a enemy, they just hit once and the it's gone but rest of the element stay on the enemy for a while. Traveller doesn't use all element against Signora, Scaramoche or the anybody else.
i do find it odd hoyo stopped have the traveler use multiple elements at once, but it never really was as a big a thing as it should have been. Sadly a lot of shows do this They show a character using their powers to superspeed out of a situation. The next scene they suddenly run like a normal human to save someone or to save themselves It’s annoying
So with presumably all of their power but no idea of who they were fighting and no clarity on what their conditions were at the time, the Traveler and their even more nebulous "sibling" were beaten by the Sustainer of Heavenly Principles (who also probably didn't know what she was facing and may not have been at full power considering her signs of possible Abyssal corruption). That said she is possibly the being that Nahida used to scare off Dottore and he's Ei so terrified of crossing the Heavenly Principles, so it's not like losing to her is a bad feat. With one Element unlocked, they seemed to be able as strong as Diluc, and alongside him, Jean, and a Gnosis-bearing Venti, they were able to survive a berserk Dvalin (who seems to scale around a full power Venti) long enough for the Traveler to purify his tumor, while not actually seeming to be able to harm him. With two Elements unlicked, they were able to push Childe to go full power (at that time), she while they don't seem to be able to match his output, they were able to ensure him long enough for him to run out of steam and not be able to continue the fight. The fight against Osail involved then being explicitly boosted by multiple Adepti and then funneling that power into Ninnguang's military grade magic battleship house to KO someone that a Gnosis-bearing Zhongli seemed confident he could result beat, but considering that the legendarily powerful Adepti needed multiple Guizhong Ballistas and to channel all their power into the Traveler in order to stop their boss' old enemy, the Traveler seems to scale to at least around the power of folks live Xiao, with some energy checking properties they can't match by themselves. Later, they were able to help reseal Azhdaha, but since he was explicitly still somewhat sealed and not operating at full capacity due to erosion, plus them being backed by a gnosis-less Zhongli, that's hardly a clean Archon-level feat. When they don't Beisht it was canonically with only 2 elements unlocked and they seemed to more or less shrug off being smacked a huge difference into a cliffside, and then best her with only Shenhe's help (and Shenhe is *probably* notably weaker then the likes of Xiao and the rest of the Archon War Adepti since she is still under training from several of them and Ganyu (who Xiao and Cloud Retainer still treat as the rookie of the crew) didn't seem to be particularly surprised or impressed by her best feat in that fight. That said, there's still an asterisk on the feat because Beisht read talking some sustained forward from a bunch of Adepti weaponry and a big attack from an Adeptal-powered-battleship-house-enhanced Ningguang before the Traveler and Shenhe finished her off. With 3 elements unlocked, the Traveler's presence seemed to have impressed Ei enough that she drew them into the Realm of Euthymia to fight them personally, and they were able to endure her attacks well enough that she brought out an unblockable oneshot technique (though I don't think that it was the Musou no Hitotachi), which OHKO'd them. After getting some quick training from Yae on how to deal with that specific move, they were able to defeat La Sugnira in a clean 1 on 1 duel (though since does now the Witch of Embers instead of the Crimson Witch of Flames, it's possible that she's not as powerful as she used to be, but she still outranks Childe) and still have enough left in the tank to 1v1 Ei and keep up with her literally legendary skill for an extended period, even when she broke out that previously instant win technique. Then Yae popped up and pointed out that, due to the circumstances, they could also synch up with the Visions of Ei's 99 previous victims, which gave them enough of a stat boost that they were able to have Ei admit defeat whole panting while the Traveler wasn't even breathing hard, but since that involved *synching with 99 Visions* , that feat has the biggest asterosk of them all, though it is still a ridiculous feat of all and power up to that point, considering that Round 1 involved cleanly beating someone who is portrayed as being Inazuma's equivalent to the Diluc-tier and Round 2 involved holding off an Archon with a Dull Blade. With 4 Elements unlocked, we find out that shoving the memories of countless battles into the Traveler's mind improved their battle efficiency by less than a tenth of a percent, and when the Traveler fights the 6th Fatui Harbinger being amped to Archon tier by a gnosis that he was literally designed by Ei to be able to interface with, centuries of Dottore's upgrades, Divine knowledge, and mecha armor that Nahida recognizes as possible being the pinnacle of human wisdom, the only threat seems to be that a direct hit might be able to stun them long enough for him to grab Nahida. Once the Traveler got his movelist from Nahida (who probably used 168 Samsaras for symbolism rather than necessity, since that's how many samsaras the Sages poor the people of Sumeru through in order to turn him into an Archonbot), the Traveler beat him with a Dull Blade to the point where he could only dangle there and scream for Nahida to stop when she gently floated over and essentially ripped out his heart. I'm not sure where Apep's immune system scales, but the Traveler doesn't seem particularly pressed to beat it a little while after the Scharamouche fight. With 5 Elements unlocked, the Traveler was confident they could throw down with the Hydro Archon with no prep or forewarning, but never got a chance to try it out. When they were sent to the Fortress of Meropede, they were just flat out banned by the management from participating in the Pankriton(sp?) matches - which Wriothesley, who seems to scale to Chlorinde/Diluc, occasionally participates in for fun - out of fear that they might end up killing the other participants. They then end up beating up All-Devouring Narwhal in direct combat, to the point where Neuvillete could drain the Primordial Ocean out of its belly with his newly restored Authority. There's a bit of an asterisk on this feat since Neuvillete might have been involved and Childe had been fighting it for days beforehand, but it seemed more distracted than damaged by Childe's actions (especially compared to how ragged Childe looked, but considering that he was apparently maintaining Foul Legacy form for days on end and didn't even have his Vision on him at the time, this still seems to represent a huge part boost for him), and Skirk flat out recognizes the Travels as being an equal who was strong enough to defeat the All-Devouring Narwhal but themselves b(while Childe was going that they got strong enough to force her to need to use both hands to defeat him this time in his profile, though that's presumably before he got his new feats). Default Narcissenkreuz is an extremely nebulous fear, considering how much New Aged jargon he uses to describe... everything, but he does seem to be fairly powerful and the Traveler does seem to beat him cleanly enough. They *did* need the Holy Blade of Reason to break apart his nerfed nature, but he also seems to imply that the Traveler is the *actual* Holy Blade of Reason, so hey, maybe the Traveler is now some sort of conceptual entity, to some degree.
what a lovely write up i got to read lying in bed. Only thing I wanna add regarding the whale, is the only reason they were able to defeat it was due to neuvillette regaining his full power- which allowed to him to separate the primordial sea from the whale. Had he not been able to do this, he said it himself the whale simply would have destroyed teyvat and been powerful enough to swim off to another world. other then that this was pretty solid :D
Oh right, you reminded me of that Sure traveller wasn’t able to win most of the fights on his own She was able to stay alive against Raiden Ei Endurance is also syrenght
2:38 Well, the Traveler really didn't win on fair terms agains the gods he faced, BUT, you must admit that fighting a god 168 times is a way of getting a resume on facing gods.
What we beat was Raiden's will. It wasn't an all-out fight to the death. Not only that, but it's obvious she was holding back tremendously. She went to fight her pupper for 500 years straight with no rest. That fight was stated to have enough energy to vaporize the oceans of Teyvat. Not only that, but it took 99 visions plus the traveler to shake her will. So yeah, I'd say the current traveler is probably somewhere around the top 5 harbinger level right now. I'd put him right in between an Archon and a Harbinger.
yes she was holding back quite a bit, but nonetheless the difference between the two fights we had with Ei are noticeable (due to all the traveler gathering the peoples ambitions?) in anycase a dub is a dub, but yes. Ei clears him on any day of the week if shes puts her back into it lol.
Beating Raiden's will sounds more impressive than beating her in a fight. Because remember how she fought the puppet Shogun in a battle of wills that lasted for hundreds of years?
@@kotarouinugami1745 True. Never thought of it that way. Although I feel like he just impressed her enough that she gave up on the Vision Hunt Decree. That's my interpretation of what happened.
It's also important that Scaramouche ranked number 6 didn't dare to fight traveler 1v1 in his original state. So I'll say traveler is as strong as Arlecchino. We'll probably be stronger than her after 4.6.
I don't think they were at full power at the start. In my opinion they were somehow capped and the Abyss sibling (Aether for me) is still capped. It could be that at some point the Traveler (Lumine for me) will be uncapped. This could explain the origin of the idea that they have a resume when it comes to fighting gods.
@@cosmotaco4997 As I stated, they were somehow capped. I don't really have a definite idea. It might be they were at maximum but something went wrong or they misused it. It might be that a supreme god capped them to stop that and to humble them. By supreme I mean on the level of the universe.
@@cosmotaco4997 It's a theory of mine, that's it. I'm just guessing and with a wild theory at that. It's basically me going full Pippa except with theories instead of conspiracies. So you can't expect evidence because when you go full Pippa you stop making sense. If you don't like me not making sense that's fine, just don't go getting upset.
i do love me a crack theory. this would be fun for sure just cause I like the idea of the traveler secretly being giga strong, but this would require an extraordinary explanation on the part of mihoyo
I don't know but it is so weird that we are playing through the eyes of traveler but we don't know much about them. All I think we have to fight sustainer of heavenly principles in future I don't think she is the final boss or not but we most likely have to fight her. But we have to beat her in the fight but at the start we couldn't beat her with our twin with full strength. Or did we fight the heavenly principles with our full strength in first place? I cant help but feel that we traveler are some what similar to Archons. When we met signora in inazuma and fought her she said "so strong ,but how?" she is surprised how did we became strong in short time. We all thought maybe because we are collecting elements but what if it wasn't collecting elements but people having faith in us made us stronger? Just like how Archon is strong as long as many people believe them. In raiden shogun fight at first we couldn't fight raiden and was about to lose but then yae comes and says like people entrusted their ambitions to us and with the power of the hundred visions we beat raiden shogun and save inazuma. But those hundred visions are entrusted to omnipresent god right? and isn't weird that we a foreigner can resonate with someone else vision and grew stronger to fight raiden? And do you remember our fight with dvalin (first one in the city) we were kept floating in the sky by venti. We shot dvalin in the horn on his back but he escaped too. How did Venti choose us to fight dvalin. He shouldn't know about us and our power at that time. And weirdly fatui isn't trying to kill us even though we might ruin the plan they know we are descender and could ruin their plan. I feel that some people in teyvat know about us even things we don't know about ourselves. Our sibling saying outlanders don't belong in this world when we ourselves are the outlanders. We connecting to iruminsul in a second. Talking is a big walking question mark and I still think there much more to the story of traveler than it looks.
the single most bizzare choice hoyo made was making the mc a self insert character despite having a name, family and backstory. because it leads to problems like you just stated.
The Traveler is definitely very resilient. Like that time the Traveler took a water dragon breath to the face, and was ready to go for another round soon. Or when 4 adepti channeled their power through the Traveler, and the Traveler was fine with that, while Xiao says that just being in his presence will hurt ordinary people. I wonder if Fatui correctly guessed they can't kill us in ordinary circumstances, so they did not even try.
Point: Scharamecha didn't seem to be able to actually hurt the Traveler, only stun them long enough to capture Nahida. Once they got the memories of the 168 previous fights to get his movelist, plus Sumeru Twitch Chat for tactical assistance (honestly, unless Dottore or Apep was chipping in, no one else in the country was likely to have provided much help fighting an Archon), they were able to beat Scharamouche immobile with a dull sword without Nahida getting endangered. And honestly, even the 168 Samsaras seems to be more symbolic on Nahida's part than anything actually necessary, since we previously found out that shoving countless battles into their memory raised their combat efficiency by less than a tenth of a percent.
you know the weird thing about that fight, is when you watch it back , in the instance before scarmouche punches the traveler the screen flashes black and red as if to indicate it was a fatal punch, but ur right lol. the traveler is literally shown still alive after, granted no longer able to fight, but still alive,
It's hard to say really. We don't exactly know the power gap between Sustainer and the Archons and whether it's specifically her they're so wary about, or Primordial One, or the entire group of Primordial One and the Shades (aka the ones who beat the Sovereigns even with Forbidden Knowledge, in what appears to be a cleansweep). Until we know those details, only then can we say whether the Twins are stronger than the Archons, or to what degree they are.
He didn't have any power-ups yet, he just borrowed all the powers he used against the gods. Such as adeptal energy and abition(power?) from visions, which gave him buffs. His only true abilities are elemental powers and super strength. He fought the gods with buffs, but against the Harbingers, he relied solely on his natural powers without any buffs. Some people find it annoying that he still uses Dullblade, but in my opinion, it's impressive because he chose to use the weakest level sword against the powerful opponents, so how much more if he used the strongest one? 🤔
Bro how do you come up with these video ideas. Do you just sit in a room for 3 hours and find the biggest plot holes in genshin just for fun? ? Let me tell you-- It's working
1:31 Ibm pretty sure it's easy to assume that we got that power the same way gnosis grants it to archons. Gnosis made out of the 3rd descender, we are the 4rth => it's not that far. Especially if you remember all the hints of us being wish granting star and etc.
Gnosis was made from the remains of the 3rd descender, which contains the powers/authorities of a Dragon Sovereign, to contain that you gotta have a really strong container so to speak right? It is stated that Teyvat has it's own laws, which could mean that for others to "descend" to Teyvat they'd have to abide by those laws which could involve "limiting" your power(I mean if it aint one of the laws then why have there only been 4). Plus the Twins are basically so old that they have witnessed stars born and die.
The Visions are powered by constellations, smth called the Microcosm smth system, the hyakukkou event says it. So against Ei they were essentially powered by alot of constellations. That said, for having 5 elements and a dull sword, they’re pretty strong. Going from fodder to Adepti Level to Harbinger level. And since top harbingers are as strong as gods, it’s a given they’ll become as strong as gods also. It just makes sense given the power jumps they’ve gotten. The Sustainer is one of the most important deities, might be a Shade and controls space, she’s bad matchup for anybody, Neuvillette Included. We cannot gauge their power with this less than 5min fight and say they’re under God level.
we absolutely can. the fight was less then 5 min cause they got smoked. if i fight 90s mike tyson im gone in less then 5 min, from that we can draw we know im not as strong as mike tyson, and given the brevity of it, by a significant amount
When it comes down to comparing power levels, I think a significant thing to take into account is how each character fights and their battle capabilities. Capitano is a brute strength warrior, Columbina is (in theory) a psychic, Pierro is a mage, and Dottore is a scientist. The “Sustainer” however, uses some kind of “beyond” magic, and demi-gods like Osial, are literal fucking giants, there’s no way in hell the traveler could beat them with just a sword. Ningguang on the other hand, is a mage, she doesn’t need to get up close and personal. I think acknowledging their difference in battle capabilities, is the only way to logically compare them by some degree of equal.
Lol watch as Traveler somehow defeats Capitano in Natlan, then proceeds to defeat the Tsaritsa and Pierro when Snezshnaya comes around. JK, but to be fair to them in the very beginning, they were literally fighting the GOD OF SPACE (Sustainer), and we all know how busted OP the Primordial One and his Shades are. I think a more interesting comparison would be how strong the Abyss Sibling is compared to everyone else in the lore so far. If Nibelung could somehow wound the Primordial One, then how strong would an Abyss Sibling with the powers of both light and the Abyss, and being mentored possibly by Nibelung themselves, could be. Still on copium for more Abyss Order lore.
sense the sustainer of heavenly principle's was the first descender i think she is the strongest. i also think at full power aether would be much stronger then a archon but much weaker then the sustainer of heavenly principle's but i also think that somehow the traveler will get a big Strength increase when he gets the power of the gnosis ,now knowing that the gnosis are piece's of the 3rd decender we also have to know how strong childes teacher/master is if she was able to just throw the whale into the void like it was nothing so knowing that its considered a pet to her
I have a feeling Capitano will defeat both the traveller and archon or dragon and take the gnosis. Traveller doesn't use all element against Signora, Scaramoche or the anybody else.
In fairness to the traveler, they keep fighting with just a dull ass sword fighting all these gods. Maybe if he was allowed to keep some real weapons lol.
The copium in me is that the twins losing to the sustainer is because well They underestimated her and her power seems more like nullification She never took any hits because she let the absorbing boxes take that hit and just immediately capture the twins Just like if a single human had to fight 2 lions, the human would lose, but if the human had prepping time and set up traps. The lion’s strength is still the same but they still lost due to being outsmarted, land the most powerful blow but if you miss it’s useless
its funny how the only person that the traveler was able to defeat without help is signora Tbf i used to love the traveler but now i want them to be humbled
We don’t know how powerful the traveler is, but we got some insight during chapter 2 act three one of the resistance soldier says Oh really? Wait, so are you the new recruit everyone's been talking about? Strength of twenty men, splits an arrow in twain from a hundred paces, skin as hard as diamond... That's you? Meaning that he is likely really strong and when he says the strength of 20 men, he can literally choke and throw enemies like ragdoll like imagine if he does this to a Fatui skirmisher or a Fatui agent ruclips.net/video/uVJe5FPtFC8/видео.html
Fortune teller said "You will go on to live for 10s of thousands of years" Go on to live, not currently. Meaning the Traveler WILL live for 10s of thousands of years but not necessarily has yet, he could legit just be normal age at this point in the story.
Well downplaying the twins because they lost the sustainer of heavenly principles at full strength is just dirty. We don't even know the capabilities of the unknown god, she could pretty much be the shade of space and the only one who'd probably be stronger than her is the primodial one himself. But still, aether still said he's gonna ascend once he gets his powers back, what if he just didn't know how to deal with the unknown god's space powers
I honestly think the traveler is a little arrogant. They literally got amps EVERY TIME not once they didn't get an amp. Vs ei with 99 visions she beat her via *willpower* And shouki no kami is so much more powerful than the traveler is scary. This just goes to show how powerful anemo wanderer is. He literally low diffed the same god we lost 167 times to😭
just thought id drop this i was playing genshin on my cousin's acc wich was in french. When i went to check the travellers character details the end said you'll ascend to the celestial throne or something like that maybe the sustainer is keeping the traveller in teyvat to replace the primodrial one/second who came? (PS: ik it has nothing to do with this)
that is indeed a possibilty. not sure if the sustainer is keeping for the specific purpose, but the traveler ascending seems to be written into their fate
The Twins are the Primordial One's district supervisors. They have lived for a million years and have the power to destroy or create worlds. I think they're faking their fights to tone it down. They've never lost a fight except the first one which if you think about it was probably thrown.
I wanna note that childe still si more powerful than the mc he always has been from liyue to Fontaine. He lost to mc because he was exhausted. He fought the mc to stall and get more time to get the gnosis. After he saw it wasn't there he suspected we had it and got extremely upset and used the foul legacy which by the ingame verbatim it's supported that it lasted less than a minute and he lost by just being tired
According to the wing of descension lore: The travelers have seen stars born and die. That can be billions to trillion of years old.
thatd be insane age creep lmfao.
And still weak, or maybe he hasn't awakened true power the previous descender has
You've got to love the sound effect when the primordial one is mentioned 😅

Ofc Traveler is a conceptual being.
We are a wishing star, remember?)))
Oh right, you reminded me of that
Sure traveller wasn’t able to win most of the fights on his own
She was able to stay alive against Raiden Ei
Endurance is also syrenght
After the ass whooping from the knave we still got a long way to go lol
2:38 Well, the Traveler really didn't win on fair terms agains the gods he faced, BUT, you must admit that fighting a god 168 times is a way of getting a resume on facing gods.
I want another harbinger vs traveler pure 1v1 fight and no friendship BS
How were they not at full power from the start?
@@cosmotaco4997 As I stated, they were somehow capped. I don't really have a definite idea. It might be they were at maximum but something went wrong or they misused it. It might be that a supreme god capped them to stop that and to humble them. By supreme I mean on the level of the universe.
@@irystocrattakodachithatmooms I'm asking for evidence bro 😞 Innocent until proven guilty; The Twins were at full strength
And honestly, even the 168 Samsaras seems to be more symbolic on Nahida's part than anything actually necessary, since we previously found out that shoving countless battles into their memory raised their combat efficiency by less than a tenth of a percent.
you know the weird thing about that fight, is when you watch it back , in the instance before scarmouche punches the traveler the screen flashes black and red as if to indicate it was a fatal punch, but ur right lol.
the traveler is literally shown still alive after, granted no longer able to fight, but still alive,
One of the twins just woke up. Didn't even have some coffee yet.
But the traveler traveled worlds before even teyvat... sooo, theres a chance he really has a resume 😅
I feel like if he had his full strength he could probably beat an archon, but the sustainer is on a completely different level
yes, even to the gods of teyvat, the shades are a "higher power"
I would like to see if they can surpass the archons. Hopefully whatever power they get is greater than what they fought the Sustainer with.
Until we know those details, only then can we say whether the Twins are stronger than the Archons, or to what degree they are.
the primordial one and nibellung: exist
dawit: wojak excitement sounds 🎺🎷
you know me well george
He didn't have any power-ups yet, he just borrowed all the powers he used against the gods. Such as adeptal energy and abition(power?) from visions, which gave him buffs. His only true abilities are elemental powers and super strength.
He fought the gods with buffs, but against the Harbingers, he relied solely on his natural powers without any buffs.
Some people find it annoying that he still uses Dullblade, but in my opinion, it's impressive because he chose to use the weakest level sword against the powerful opponents, so how much more if he used the strongest one? 🤔
That Traveller pulled a Gojo Satoru 😂😂😂... he really believed his words
Bro how do you come up with these video ideas. Do you just sit in a room for 3 hours and find the biggest plot holes in genshin just for fun? ? Let me tell you-- It's working
come now we all love the game
@@DawitsLookingforEmilia
Who's we?
You love shitting on this game and pissing people off about it.😊

Ibm pretty sure it's easy to assume that we got that power the same way gnosis grants it to archons.
I'd say the Traveler is around high Adepti-level with the likes of Xiao and Scaramouche.
In fairness to the traveler, they keep fighting with just a dull ass sword fighting all these gods. Maybe if he was allowed to keep some real weapons lol.
10000 years old? Damn imagine that lol
The copium in me is that the twins losing to the sustainer is because well
They underestimated her and her power seems more like nullification
She never took any hits because she let the absorbing boxes take that hit and just immediately capture the twins
Just like if a single human had to fight 2 lions, the human would lose, but if the human had prepping time and set up traps. The lion’s strength is still the same but they still lost due to being outsmarted, land the most powerful blow but if you miss it’s useless
The traveler had a "Nah, I'd win" moment frfr
Nilou gave traveler the blessing of the seele race
one can hope man

Meaning the Traveler WILL live for 10s of thousands of years but not necessarily has yet, he could legit just be normal age at this point in the story.
theyv travelled to many worlds, they gotta be older then a normal age, especially since the twin said they dont lack time
Well they are at least 500 years old cuz they were alive during khanreias destruction
2-170 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣 cmon dawit the traveler don't need to get roasted like this damn bruh
LMAO i never lie
THE PRIMORDIAL ONE
say it loud and proud baby
WE GOT NIBELONG MUSIC NOW? HELL YEAH!
Vs ei with 99 visions she beat her via *willpower*
And shouki no kami is so much more powerful than the traveler is scary.
This just goes to show how powerful anemo wanderer is. He literally low diffed the same god we lost 167 times to😭

maybe the sustainer is keeping the traveller in teyvat to replace the primodrial one/second who came?
(PS: ik it has nothing to do with this)
that is indeed a possibilty. not sure if the sustainer is keeping for the specific purpose, but the traveler ascending seems to be written into their fate

The Twins are the Primordial One's district supervisors. They have lived for a million years and have the power to destroy or create worlds.
I think they're faking their fights to tone it down. They've never lost a fight except the first one which if you think about it was probably thrown.
david johnson always a pleasure.
y'all are gonna be fuming when you realize the traveler has the strongest power to ever grace anime and videogames, "Plot Armor".

I wanna note that childe still si more powerful than the mc he always has been from liyue to Fontaine.
He lost to mc because he was exhausted. He fought the mc to stall and get more time to get the gnosis.
