I think the difference between black vs latin gangs is, latin gangs bring their tradition, culture and practices into the group. African Americans in the united states is exposed to the american culture which isn't that old. Unless they adopt practices from other cultures and make it their own.

I've had that thought in my mind for so many years when I analyze the difference between so call Spanish people or Latino people when it comes to them having loyalty for one another, for lack of a better work. Black people do not have their own culture. Their culture, 99 .9% the white man's culture here in America. Had African Americans ancestors come over to America on their own and continued to enjoy and live out their culture you would see a difference in them. First being what they are called.
