Being honest I don't like all of these property guys who make videos saying things with great confidence and ego but very incorrect information, especially about tax! But he didn't say he was making £5m a year from BTL, he said most of it is from 'education', there are 45 people, he's probably not the only shareholder and it's all funded by other people, simple because he talks a good game and most people don't know better - and to be fair probably do ok because of luck, being small and things going unquestioned
