    Is even one of these property trainers on RUclips legit.
    No way hes clearing 5 million a year from buy to lets with mortgages in the uk.

      None of these property trainers back up what they say with the information held on companies house.

      Being honest I don't like all of these property guys who make videos saying things with great confidence and ego but very incorrect information, especially about tax! But he didn't say he was making £5m a year from BTL, he said most of it is from 'education', there are 45 people, he's probably not the only shareholder and it's all funded by other people, simple because he talks a good game and most people don't know better - and to be fair probably do ok because of luck, being small and things going unquestioned

      I’m happy to answer any Qs you have. To clarify I DON’T make that from owning buy to let’s.
      I make will do roughly 10m this year across the group. The £5m will be circa what I do from deal packaging by to let’s. Apologies for any confusion there.
      Genuinely happy to answers any Qs, etc. I want to support wherever I can
