I know the feeling of wanting to get that big deal and find that one great deal. Im really struggling to stick with btl. But have capital to possibly do a big job just waiting for that break. Intetested to know your strategy of capital growing.
@@mojama8806 In fact it's exact. £4 million worth of property, 8 properties, 60 rooms, £500 a month per room, works out to be £30k a month. Notice he did say it was REVENUE, not profit, so we don't know what his outgoings are to maintain them. When you take into account the mortgage on the properties, return to investors, utility bills etc, we could easily half the number and say that profit could be around £15k a month.
what a great interview Jake. I really enjoyed this conversation, @alfredDzadey is such a bright lad, calm and compose. I just came here to watch maybe 5mins of the podcast and ended up watching it till the end. Great content, i must admit!! Good advices as well from Alfred, like invest in your education, pay someone who knows how, and you''ll get there quicker. I'm a believer in that as well. Respect to you both. I'm going to embark on the property invest course. I've paid £2k for a week crash course, i dont anticipate to become an expert by the end of the course, but surely more wiser on the field. All the best gents.
Thanks for having me on. It was definitely a top tier conversation!

I'd be interested chatting with you @AlfredDzadey
Little about myself, tech expert, averse to risk when it really isn't.
He’s Ghanaian 🇬🇭 !!!!!!! Yaaaaaaayyy !!!!!
Really enjoyed that, Alfred is inspirational
Nice interview, how much of that 30k a month is profit?
i love watching these interviews
It’s great to create them! Glad you’re enjoying them
Nice interview good to see someone doing well, 30K a month is the headline figure but there's plenty of costs to come out of that.
He did say 60 rooms over 8 properties , 30k is a reasonable amount

Probably 12 - 15k profit would be my guess. Still not bad at all!

Hi, can I ask what you would consider to be a healthy loan to value across all your properties?
How do people get the money upfront to start? I'm trying to save atm, renting out a room in my house and looking to rent the other room out soon..
