Sometimes Ryan does reach, love Ryan, but some of the avengers PMs, especially age of Ultron, it seems like he's making his misunderstanding of a plot point look like a flaw in the film.
Only one he got incorrect was that batman tried to cover his face when the bomb explodes at the funeral. That actually didn't happen. The bomb explodes towards batman's face before he can even take over
it's not the fire that's dangerous in explosions, it's the blast wave. Bones in both of his hands would get shattered, shards from the bomb would rip through him and the fall would either break his back or at least give him a concussion. Also machine guns aren't that easy to hold when firing and he would definitely get a headshot. Especially in the dark scene where noone saw where he even is.
but if he knew about vibrainium with his awesome detecting skills and got some even though it's from another franchise, it could work....because he's batman. lol
Riddler's plan was not just to bring Carmine to light so he can shoot him. By "bring him to light" he meant first exposing him then killing him. He only shot Falcone after everything he did was brought to light. Just saying. 😂😂😂
Did Riddler say, "I couldn't kill him otherwise, he's never out in public?" Because if he did, that makes no sense because that implies he didn't care about exposing him and just wanted to kill him, which he easily could have. Idk.
Explosives that knock you off your feet - also breaks bone. So, Batman - even in Bat Armor - would have fracture his arms and elbows from the blast. But let’s say he has a Anti-Broken Bones Bat Gadget and that doesn’t happen - the explosive wave hitting his arms would make his arms break his face. Either way, this was fun!! I like this channel.
Bringing into the light was also meant to expose Falcone. The Riddler wouldn't have killed Falcone in the funeral cuz he wanted the world to know what Falcone had done first.
There's also another thing I noticed that Ryan didn't mention. Batman got a clue from Selena and followed her to her place, and there he saw Selena was talking to the blonde girl from the picture he had seen earlier. So, when Selena leaves her place, he... follows Selena to ask her about the blonde girl he's aware is in the apartment? Why didn't he broke into the apartment and questioned the blonde girl about the stuff he needed after seeing Selena leaving? Why follow Selena to ask her questions about the girl when the girl herself was right there, in the apartment?
I don't know why nobody responded to you, but it's a good point. I guess Ryan would answer like: So the movie can happen. If Batman goes to question her, he would have been able to save her, then Catwomen would have no reason to stay in this crappy movie.
See I'm not sure but maybe Batman would've questioned the blonde girl until he saw selina put on that cat burglar outfit which definitely caught batman's attention, so maybe that's why he decided to follow her to the mayor's mansion.. But again that's just a guess I might be wrong
Riddler definitely wanted to wipeout Gotham and taking out Mayor Real, because he didn't believe in her. Riddler's backstory and the way he acts, it's painfully clear that he's completely insane and that it's the result of the lack of actual care he and the other orphans got from Gotham. The guy pointed out that he woke up with rats chewing his fingers, becoming an addict to numb the pain, and babies died every winter. He made a point: Gotham, as a whole, ignored him and so many others suffering for years. They only cared about Bruce. So yeah, Riddler wanted the corruption of Gotham City to be brought to light. But that wasn't enough. He wanted Gotham to pay for letting him suffer his whole life, to the point he was driven insane.
He talks about his struggles but that is not what his actions are about. He floods the city and obviously he did not think about the orphans. He attempts to assassinate her becuase he just doesn't care. He does not believe in her yes but his whole plan is to eliminate everything in his path so it would be unrealistic for him to have hope about that kind of stuff.
While face is harder to hit, it is not THAT harder. And the henchmen had submachine guns and were pretty close. You don't need to be a sniper to just aim a bit upwards and just spray. Few of the ammos are bound to hit.
Similar to Batman crashing with the wingsuit and being fine, Batman in The Dark Knight leaps from his pent house to save Rachel, both fall on a taxi and are completely fine. That fall should've killed both of them and would've leveled the taxi in real life, but they just say something quirky and the film moves on.
He's being so defensive that it's hilarious. That's why I try to keep my mind off while watching superhero movies. Even though The Batman was very grounded it had obvious flaws and goof.
About the bomb explosion to face. No human can survive that even with how much tough armour is wore. The shockwave at that close proximity will break the bones in body, blood vessels, damage internal parts and internal haemorrhaging is for sure, so, one might end up in critical care unit.
The riddler didn’t know that Falconi was the Rat. He was trying to solve it as well. So when they arrested Falconi and brought him outside, riddler took the shot.
Ik it’s Boring but, a bomb going off 5 feet from someone no matter the flame resistance of their suit, would still have the concussive force behind it. At the very least he should have servere internal damage
4:00 Bomb collars don't have much bank for their buck, it normally just kills the wearer. You can look up the death of Brian Wells which served as the real-life inspiration for the movie. The explosion in the movie is overpowered. If you look at Riddler's other kills up to that point he was just killing one person at a time, so logic would seem to suggest that it is survivable even if he took the full force of the explosion. He might want to get checked for a concussion.
Batman does look out of it for the rest of the movie. So I think he does have a concussion. He’s a lot more aggressive and agitated. His eye is lazy. He is t perfectly fine.
The thing about falcone and why the riddler didn't take him out was because he wanted to expose the whole system first and also for batman to see it unfold with him... He obviously loves (or loved) the batman and was inspired by him so he wanted him to see things from his point of view...
No matter how many shots are fired against the hero , they do not hit the target Shots are fired everywhere except at the wheel of the car Things that only happen in the movie world 😂😂...

As for the green juice I think the it was a nod to Bane. If he’s in a future movie in this universe that’s probably what he gets his strength from 😃 that would be kinda cool
I thought the green juice Batman takes is foreshadowing a future showing of Bane. A lot of his iterations he has a tube running through him with green juice that jacks him up.
The green juice might be a hint to venom injection that bane use in batman comics and games that give him the crazy boost and power but of course that one is hugely more amped up that has side effects such as memory loss etc
Also in the comics I think batman used venom for a while before bane was introduced so if they want to do bane they will be introducing him in a way which is closer to the comics then I've ever seen before in a movie.

That's the same case with Jaby Koay. Though, I'm not saying The Batman is bad, I loved it to most extent, but it's not perfect and it's not as superior as The Dark Knight trilogy.
Pfff the Dark Knight Trilogy was overrated. And to this day I'm still traumatized by Christian Bale's stupid Batman voice. Batman never talks like that ever in any of the cartoons
Also, in TDk, batman falling from a high storey building, a 18 wheeler over turning cuz of a rope tied across lampposts, Harvey Dent’s instant character change, Batman pushing Harvey and the child and saving the child even after being shot and bitten by dogs, then falling from another building with hazards protruding, getting up as if nothing ever happened and taking off on his bat mobile.
The voice and the bruce wayne is my issue in the movie, he moves and sounds like bruce wayne even when in batman costume, especially when he asked the twins "you know who i am?". Did the twin not recognize the voice and specific line of someone who beat him up?
ruclips.net/video/pHSJsBLOn9o/видео.htmlsi=qVcnQtz_bBUeRhro is clearly a voice difference, pattinson overall looks and speaks much more confidently as batman, which fits the character perfectly and makes complete sense, Pattinson does a subtle voice change like Conroy, much better then Bales screaming throat cancer voice

My theory is that Riddler was just stringing batman along with his clues to keep him away from what his real plan was, and that his only goal was not just to get rid of the corrupt people in the city but to kill as many people as possible because he is a villain, and he is evil.
Batman is invincible is many ways, you can pretend there is some suspension of disbelief, but c'mon it's a silly action movie. Batman is invincible and has amazing healing powers. It's ridiculous fun
flooding gotham seemed more like a metaphor where riddler tried to 'wash' the sins of gotham. also, i dont remember if it was mentioned correctly but i think the walls that held the water bodies were built from corrupt money
People just defending this movie left and right.... I think the expectations of this movie being amazing have made the audience go into sort of denial mode.
Feige would have made a trilogy out of the script. This could have been 3 two hours long movies and it would be much better. I am quite sure that there are hours and hours of content left in the editors room that would have made this story better.
Why does everyone say that the batman was young in this movie hence somethings can be granted. The batman character in the batman begins was also a young man. This movie only proved that Chris Nolan made a more believable storyline than these unrealistic quarks in this new movie.
Politics aside, the worst aspect of the movie is that it is a Riddler movie, not a Batman movie, Batman loses at every angle, he never saves any of Riddlers targets, he never catches the riddler and only uncovers his ultimate goal after pretty much being told. The movie basically trashes Batman.

As far as the injuries we really didn't know the toll it took on Christian Bale's Batman until the last movie when he went to the hospital
My theory is that Riddler was just stringing batman along with his clues to keep him away from what his real plan was, and that his only goal was not just to get rid of the corrupt people in the city but to kill as many people as possible because he is a villain, and he is evil.
Jabey what was the title of the song that was playing in your Batman review
its not so much the fire u need to worry about more so the concussive kinetic blast from the explosion in which covering your face is going to do jack
I click on Jaby's video and immediately reduce the volume. Its a standard reflex now.
Well at least the bad guys can hit Batma's torso. Stormtroopers can't hit anything and when they do it never dies in 1 shot, like they do 😂
Batman is invincible is many ways, you can pretend there is some suspension of disbelief, but c'mon it's a silly action movie. Batman is invincible and has amazing healing powers. It's ridiculous fun
Was the green juice a reference to Bane? Like bane in comics and in games as well uses green serum to increase his strength.
flooding gotham seemed more like a metaphor where riddler tried to 'wash' the sins of gotham. also, i dont remember if it was mentioned correctly but i think the walls that held the water bodies were built from corrupt money
That's bad......bad writting
@@diannajennings266 the movie was good overall but yes, probably could've refined riddlers motivation a bit
It’s also lord that the Symbol is meant to draw everyone’s attention to it. A target if you will.
I think at the time of the funeral Riddler didn't know falcone was main. He was figuring out along with batman. Or I forgot some details
His armor isn't catching the bullets, it's shattering them. Bullet fragments would've killed him.
I do think that green juice was a reference to bane's venom. Not the same thing, but just a reference.
People just defending this movie left and right.... I think the expectations of this movie being amazing have made the audience go into sort of denial mode.
I’m so glad I’ve seen someone comment this any critique of this movie (which I actually really like) is met with such dumb hostility
Aim small miss small. Henchmen didn't have PATRIOT schooling them on gun play.
Riddler plan at the end was to kill the New maire and the flod is a Christian metaphore for the noah's ark. It's like a Big baptist.
Feige would have made a trilogy out of the script. This could have been 3 two hours long movies and it would be much better. I am quite sure that there are hours and hours of content left in the editors room that would have made this story better.
You asked how more dark it can get: next Batman will just be live and people fighting for real kkkk
Ed nigma aka riddler was far fucking better in gotham
Why does everyone say that the batman was young in this movie hence somethings can be granted. The batman character in the batman begins was also a young man. This movie only proved that Chris Nolan made a more believable storyline than these unrealistic quarks in this new movie.
Politics aside, the worst aspect of the movie is that it is a Riddler movie, not a Batman movie, Batman loses at every angle, he never saves any of Riddlers targets, he never catches the riddler and only uncovers his ultimate goal after pretty much being told. The movie basically trashes Batman.
I know right. And people are arguing that this is "detective" Batman.
It would be cool if batman had a retractable mouth plate like Optimus prime
Dc movies sometimes are really very funny in stories 🤣
Ei-O what r ya doin? XD
