1. Dr. Hagelin: This question is from a science writer. Maharishi has recently declared that, through his training, "leaders will learn how to engage total Natural Law to work for them to fulfill their desire." What are the mechanics whereby one human being can marshall all the cosmic forces in the universe to satisfy his personal wants and needs? Doesn't the vast universal intelligence have more important things to attend to?
2. That enormous, huge intelligence of Natural Law is already in action at every point in creation. It's a matter of human awareness reaching that transcendental area and engaging that in one's thinking and action and behavior.
3. Transcendental Consciousness is just fully awake consciousness. So that Unified Field of Natural Law is lively in one's own mind. And from there the mind projects a thought. Then the projection of a thought engages total Natural Law, and when the thought is projected by total Natural Law, then total Natural Law is invincibly Almighty-it fulfills the desire.
4. If you want to get something, you go where it is. The total Natural Law is there beyond the limitations of space-time boundaries, in the Transcendental Consciousness. There is a level of life where everything is completely open to its own totality. That is Natural Law.
5. In Transcendental Meditation we go beyond the boundaries of space and time. You are in the timeless value of knowledge, which has infinite creativity in it, infinite creativity. The whole manifest physical universe is the expression of that nonphysical, transcendental, eternal, unified wholeness of Natural Law.
6. Total knowledge is in the example of a whirlpool; from the outermost surface, physical, and then inner, less physical, less physical, less physical, and then pure consciousness, Transcendental Consciousness.

11. Yato vacho nivirtante-"From where the speech returns." The speech is not able to enter it, because entering it, it's no more speech. It is the speaker himself.
12. Raja Raam is an administrator who promotes life on the level of Unity Consciousness. We are floating now a universal system of administration capable of prevention-oriented, problem-free administration.
Maharishi Mahesh Yogi is widely regarded as one of the foremost scientists in the field of consciousness.

He says it - the quantum /the creative intelligence- (as he translates into English) is readily and easily available to everybody but he has no clue what it causes in one ‘memory’ to be raised in Mickey and Minnie Mouse and Disney and Burger King. My experience of almost 40 years studying The Vedas and practicing the Yogas and travel to India and in the Yoga world of USA MOST WESTERNERS listen to this stuff and start a school based on being able to dictate his words and really have no idea whatsoever what his experience is nor what he is actually referring to. In the west what we do is evade and defy and bully this kind os memory he speaks of. Many people who call the Yoga and meditation teachers will actually ‘beat’ this kind of memory out of you forever . They are terrified and threatened by it because it has nothing to do with their strategies to ‘change the world.’ Or be ‘woke.’
