Thank You So Much!!!🙏🏼 I haven’t laughed like this in a 🥳longgg time! What a KICK A$$ Friday Night, hanging with my pal Kurt🚻, reading legal documents 🗂🔖 AND 🎶laughing the night🌃away!!!💙
To me it looks like they made a strategic decision to ignore the lawsuit and get relief through bankruptcy. His gamble appears to have failed spectacularly.
What really throws me is that Trump has never once done right by Rudy. He has so much loyalty for a man who didn't do the same. Regardless of political ideology, I am not going to destroy my career and financial future for someone who can't even be bothered to do the bare minimum of pay for services I have rendered.
He should have never sucked up to Trump. Look how well it worked out for him. Republicans, Democrats ??? WHO CARES ! I believe that that is the most off the mark document I've ever had read to me.
This is so sad. Aside from the $148m judgement being entirely ridiculous, in my opinion something happed to RG before 2020. He used to be politically astute and overall much sharper than this. I think his age (or a stroke or something) has deteriorated his mind and he was and is too stubborn to admit it and bow out of the public light. Not prefacing his accusations with “in my opinion” is just too boneheaded for such a smart attorney to make, and then compound that mistake by many others in this case. I don’t think his faculties are all there anymore.
Who can forget the “four seasons” total landscaping fiasco and the hair dye running down his face. I would question whether he has some level of either old age brain or dementia.
The two plaintiffs filed the lawsuit because he lied repeatedly about their actions during the period immediately after the election. The lies resulted in threats and other quantifiable problems for the two plaintiffs. They, rightly, believed that they could show that he maintained his lies after he knew, or should have known, that his claims were false and injurious to the plaintiffs. They had a basis for the suit. He also had enough wealth to justify the suit. They filed it because they were confident that they could win, and a win would be very profitable.
Honestly, I don't plan on listening to all of this, but what I have gotten from this so far is that whoever filed this is not too bright. Instead of focusing on the issue at hand ie. the judgement is absolutely insane, just like it is in the Alex Jones case (average wrongful death suit is 3-5 mil, so the amount that they said he has to give them doesn't make sense. The states are also violating their own laws for limitations for such suits as well, so not only is it unusual they are violating their own state law in the Alex Jones case and no, I don't think he should have to pay nothing as he obviously told people to go after them etc. I will say that the judge was OBVIOUSLY biased against him and it was rather disgusting to watch.) and makes zero sense. In what way did he cause this person hundreds of millions in damages? Was that proven in court? I thought defamation had to have some sort of backing to show that what was being said/done was obviously harmful? Just focus on the issue and leave your feelings out of it and provide examples as to how this ruling was excessive.
Who actually wrote this? Im no attorney so I could be totally wrong but this doesn't sound like something that an actual attorney would ever think is a good idea to file. Given his previous rhetoric, it sounds like Rudy wrote it himself and told his lawyers to file it.
I usually listen to these half assed while doing something else. You simply cannot follow this nonsense without giving it at least a significant amount of your attention.

It looks like Nick Rekieta is clerking for Rudy.
I would actually love to see that. Just out of morbid curiosity.

Poor mayor - don’t pay the atty bill - thanks for the great review!! You are GOOD!
getting mixed up with Trump is not going well for him.

I thought this was bad... then he began to attack the judge....

I love your biting sarcasm.

Were they after him for his political beliefs? Yeah, probably.
Is this how you spell it out for the court? No. 😂 RIP Bozo

If you mean that he defamed two innocent women because of his political beliefs then sure.
Future hunchback of Mar-a-Lago
Enjoy the New Year Kurt. Oh well, Rudy bit off more than he could handle. Success maybe got to Rudy’s ego🤷🏽♀️
