1 baguette
100 grams of ham
1/2 cucumber
1/2 peppers
100 grams of cheese
150 grams of cream cheese
mix everything well
fill a baguette
wrap in cling film and refrigerate for a few hours.
Tasty snack is ready!

Faço isso com outro recheio, cebola, tomate, queijo, salsinha, cebolinha, pimentão vermelho, requeijão. Enrolo em papel alumínio e levo ao forno por 10 minutos qdo faço muito ou na Airfryer 5minutos se for pouco.

I've made a similar version to this using drained canned tuna, finely chopped green and red onions, finely chopped celery, cucumber chunks, peeled, (I don't care for the cucumber peel, or at least remove most of the peel), then I use Philadelphia Whipped Cream Cheese. Stuff the baguette then put in fridge until set and slice.
Same premise, just a different meat adding in onions and/or celery. I've even added chopped or grated carrots to the party, and sometimes I'll add paprika and poppy seeds. I mix it up.

That looks like it would be a great picnic sandwich. I would add finely diced red or sweet onion and a tiny bit of stone ground mustard to the mix, but that's just me.
Also, what kind of cheese did you use? It looked like Gouda. Something with a sharp bite to it.

I thought it might be Gouda as well, and I agree. I'd definitely char and peel that chile pepper though, the traditional way- the skins are indigestible and cause diverticulitis, not to mention have a nasty texture lol.

A friend of mine, has a son who won't eat anything red. If you show him even tomato sauce he has to go away quickly.
