'वेश्या' के समान समझी जाने वाली राजनीति का असली चेहरा इससे काफी अलग है असल मे इसे समस्याओं के समाधान के रूप में देखा जाना चाहिए।राजनीति एक सामाजिक विज्ञान है।समाज मे उपस्थित विविधताओं को सामंजस्य के सूत्र में पिरोने की कला है राजनीति। समाज मे व्याप्त समस्याओं के समाधान की कुंजी है राजनीति।यह एक ऐसी कला है जिसके द्वारा उपलब्ध न्यूनतम संसाधनों का उपयोग कर कैसे व्यापक समस्याओं जैसे आर्थिक असमानता,सामाजिक कुरीतियों को समाप्त किया जा सकता है और सांस्कृतिक विविधता का संरक्षण किया जा सकता है। यह लोक क्रियाओं का एक ऐसा समुच्चय है जिसे व्यक्ति ओर राज्य के बीच अंतरसंबंधों में संतुलन बनाते हुए नियंत्रित किया जाता है।सहयोग,संघर्ष और समझौते के विशिष्ट मिश्रण का नाम है राजनीति।अर्थात समाज मे होने वाले संघर्षों को आपसी सहयोग के द्वारा समझौता करना ।
