Nice video, but again hats of to the guide Mr. Paul, the essence of all these videos all your other so called hifi guides need to learn is to first learn their own place properly. What an amazing guide!! Hats off Paul, David thanks for allowing him to be himself in guiding you, amazing content man.
David thanks for the comment, looking forward to your upcoming videos, just praying that the guides are as good as Paul, but dude your Shillong segment is on another level, hats off to your patience and spirit of exploration, the pioneer spirit😉. Keep it up, thanks for keeping it real man!!!
When I went to Shillong for a college trip... It was very tiring to climb so many stairs especially for this double decker root bridge... Then one of our professor said us "You might feel tiring now, but experience you are having you will cherish your whole life" and that is so true... So, I suggest you atleast once in a life explore Shillong, Meghalaya... It might be tiring some point, but trust me the pain really worth it...you will never regret it 😊❤️
More i see of this place and more i love it. Root bridges ??! Amazing. Before i think this kind of stuff exist only in fantasy novels, like an elven village. Friking amazing.
They are amazing!!! Haven't seen them personally to be honest. But the narrative makes it sound like the roots created the bridge naturally though if I am not mistaken it (roots) was "coaxed" for a lack of a better word to form the bridge by the natives over time. 🙂👍

I don't think being Christian made us eat beef. We have been eating beef since centuries old, before the advent of Christian in the 1900s. Khasi are non-veg since ol' centuries.
Yes absolutely right. We have been eating this not because we are christan but coz it's the part of tradion or indigenous practices we still maintaing it. The tribes of arunachal, nagaland, mizoram and manipur actually "Mithun" is the product of meat. In arunachal pradesh 'mithun' replaces cow as animal of socio-political significance. The mithun is sacred to a number of tribes including Nyishi, Apatani, Galo, Adi, Mishmi and Sherdupiken.Among all other bovine animals, it is the most preferred meat of the non-vegetarians in the state.
No ,not Nagaland please 🤣 Not being racist but why would you visit Nagaland.Shillong is far better than Nagaland plus there's nothing much to explore besides Hornbill in Nagaland.
