Van Canto's video "Last Night of the Kings" is a track of the 2010 album "Tribe of Force". Being the only song on this album without drums or percussion, it is a very special hero metal song.

The word "Zwiebel" can be translated to a word similar to "Zwolah"... (no offense of peoples sexual orientation intended) However, that one was a bit to childish even to be me i think...

Wow, their voices are beautiful. I would instantly worship the lady and the guy with the main vocals. Incredible rich voices!
Shame they replaced him. Dennis "Sly" Schunke is his name. Their new singer is Hagen Hirschmann. He's still good, but not the same. Sly guest stars on a majority of the latest album though.

Someone just posted a Van Canto news story to a Facebook group I'm in, and -- speaking as someone who never, ever listens to metal music -- BRILLIANT! It's not to my taste, but that's not the point. You've (re)created a new genre, and many more people can participate without spending ten years (or ten weeks, as the case may be : ) studying an instrument. Awesome.
