Yes, thanks for the LNP's, brilliant

The cdc website is not up to date. Neither are the websites for my state/county/city health departments. It’s should be unacceptable with all the taxes we pay.

Why are the lipids used in the formulation unsaturated? How does that influence the structure?

If I had to guess it’s because LNP’s can actually form many structures depending on the head to tail ratio of the lipid (ie they can form micelles, inverse micelles, linear bilayers, etc). It’s important to design the lipids so that that the formation of liposomes is more favorable than those other types of structures

3:20 the discovery of mRNA is irrelevant when they only focus on the toxdata and biodistribution data of prior LNPs while ignoring the current payload, _right?_
    Aka a platform approach

Which was siRNA... yet after definition changes we define it the most broad way possible: a vax...
Well a cigarette is now a vax by increasing mucousal immunity against respiratory illness... of course broad definitions are not honest or indicative of reality.

How much lipid nano particle is safe for the human body? .....none , there has been many studies done and there is NO safe amount know.

Wow, @2:40, the human body complexity is the challenge.

    *Copy your competition:**
Luckily you can just use a "platform approach" of exisiting LNPs and mitigate inflammation.. ignore 60% of nonclinicals and then the novel accelerated approval process will just push it through if your user fees are high enough 🤦‍♂️
I mean just look at Moderna's Labroots Webinar by Joseph Senn (titled) _Evolution of a Platform Based Non-Clinical Assessment Approach for Vaccines_

I also have screen recorded it since YT deleted it after 40 views for whatever reason

LNPs are so incredibly safe that we can completely ignore the payload inside, whether siRNA, mRNA, cDNA, or otherwise.
    - Is this the same with magnetofection?
_"Well we're using the same iron, so it's fine!"_
