    Why are the lipids used in the formulation unsaturated? How does that influence the structure?

      If I had to guess it’s because LNP’s can actually form many structures depending on the head to tail ratio of the lipid (ie they can form micelles, inverse micelles, linear bilayers, etc). It’s important to design the lipids so that that the formation of liposomes is more favorable than those other types of structures

      @@dmitrydzhigaev3772 Nice presesntation and good figures to elucidate BCDI. I am a beginner researcher to measure BCDI for six months. Is there any BCDI community online, which can ask questions getting problems each other? In my case, as you know, depending on iterations or minimum background data, which we can choose when we try to reconstruct diffraction pattern data using the Matlab, if I get three, or four reconstruction images, which should I truse the most? I mean that, one is showing bigger phase diffrerence, the other is showing smaller phase difference, depending on background minimum data. I have something like that questions about BCDI, so nowadays I have searched BCDI papers, but it is hardly to find out practical data processing as I asked..
