Establish and expand your own settlements, liberate the land and assist its villagers, and recruit others to your cause while learning more about a life you had to leave behind. Command your forces, prove your valor through combat, and cement yourself as the hero of your people.
Framed for the murder of the Prince and sentenced to death by the Crown, you've been living in the shadows ever since. After barely dodging an attempt on your life, you find the assassin's contract that raises many questions - was it just misfortune that you were framed? Or is there more to it? Determined to find the answers, you journey back to the very place you escaped.
Slowly but surely, you will lead a rebellion against your homeland's oppressive Sovereign to victory, uncovering the truth of your family's secret along the way. The bells shall ring for freedom once again!

Oh, it's incredible
Those extra bags are a game changer for transport and raids on the other side of the map.
I'm about to get to tier 3 now, going to move my base first as I'm still in the original location in the north. Makes raiding camps in the south a long hike.

Definitely happy with the base move. Much more room to build too. Tier 3 buildings are much bigger
If you’re planning on a small (but permanent) iron miner spot, consider the bottom right corner of the map. South East of Crasmir, it’s got two huge iron deposits fairly close together (close enough that a mining hut can reach both).
Also, for finding where items are, go to the settlement screen, there should be an “items” tab (haven’t played in a few weeks), then press the magnifying glass icon next to the item you want and it’ll put a maker above every place in that settlement with it (similar to finding a specific NPC)

So have you tried dividing your army in to two groups?
One with archers and one with infantry?
That way you will have a better time with positioning before battle and during.
You can start off with archers at the front to give them good fire lanes and then when the enemy gets close, order the infantry to charge.
Then you can order your archers to the flanks or rear of the enemy to get a better position.
Right now the enemy is to close to your archers, forcing them in to using there swords.
By having them separated, you can move them away from danger and have them keep firing.
One thing you can do to make it a bit faster to pick the right people for the right groups, is to use the custom naming.
Just add "A" for archer and "I" for infantry at the start of the name.
