Hoping for some updates over the next year or so. Hoping they add a couple more towns and extend the map even more, cause there is that whole western portion that looks unfinished yet. Excited to see what the future holds for Bellwright and Lord Lemon! :)

I've been having the same issue with food. They don't seem to cook/bake very well. But if you switch food storage to a new outpost, they won't take from it like villagers you aren't using. Then you can just send them to it manually. It's pain but works well for me. Hope this helps

In my last run, I just build 3 smelter and 2 armorsmith. Otherwise it takes way to long. Is looking great with a full equipped party of 40 companions :) In general good weapons are enough with T2 armor. Is more the numbers that counts then the armor they have.

I understand. The game is a lot of fun. Just waiting for the next update to start again.
Comment 3: Once you call them for battle, If there is any food storage like berries and such between their location and the flag, they will grab that food first. I normally call them to battle just before they wake up, as I have their housing away from simple food storage. The Main food is near the flag.

Comment 2: Someone pointed out to me that they grab food starting at the "top left", So have your best food at the top from left to right.
Looks like your Burning Stove quest did bug out. I only mention this because there is an achievement associated with it. I think you should still be able to get it. Not sure what order you did things though. But if you go across the west from Crasmere there should be a cage where a camp you cleared used to be there is a woman in there who is recruitable. There is a large ruin with a lot of harder enemies that respawn down there so take help or avoid it. Also the guy in the prison you cant reach. He is able to be recruited also. Logging out and back in again will have him reset where he should be.
But yeah once you finish the main story only thing to do is clear camps, build up villages all over the map, buy books and level your villagers. I am close to getting 15K with every village. Horndean last one and ticking up just take a few in game days I guess. Only doing in case there is achievement for it. Also invest in agility books as much as strength. The heavier the armor the slower they get. 5 is really the minimum Agi you will want if youre walking everywhere and have guys wearing heavyish armor.
