Legal, but ripped all day. You gotta shorten up the toss around so if your getting played to the left you can still back tap it back to your right hand. I was in HS when the Iverson commercial cameout and for about a year everyone was doing it but that's the key. Back tap it back to your left hand then you gotem in spin cycle

Would be much more effective if you shift your weight and explode back to the right side after the spin. Almost like a jab cross but you’re doing it from behind the back AND with your other hand 🤙 trust me it works lol😂
The ball can’t stop rotating in your hand it’s a carry…when I was a kid I would spin the ball like I was taking a free throw and guide the ball as low to the ground and moving my hand out the way right before the ball hit the floor it helped me make sure the ball is always rotating any dribble I did
