It is a little forward in the mix for sure but also just having this style instead of the normal rough vocals means they probably wanted to structure it different. If you go from pop music to this the mix probably seems a little more normal.
For a pop-metal chick singer band this bands pretty badass. Not usually my thing at all, but there's something about the vocal melodies on parts and the guitar work that makes them rise above the others I have heard
S'alright, maybe a little too much pitch correction and the main riff was a wee bit too similar to Cowboys from Hell maybe, but I'll check em out in the future.
I heard the producer threw in the voice correction without their knowing. Bad decision, it completely ruins the song. Especially when she sounds fantastic without it.
