Man, these speakers are so smart to Emphasize the STYLE I mean you must look at these and as much as we don't like to admit it. We hear with our eyes too. Seriously great engineering work. 👏

Nice video! Maybe you can do the same with the Minima Amator II. Just owning a pair of these really beautiful speakers, and burning these baby’s in.
A review of the Minima’s compared to the Electa III would be awesome! Just to give the answer if the Minima is maybe the better speaker considering the price difference.

I also live in the Netherlands and own the Minima Amator 2 with Carrara stands for 2 years. Amazing loudspeakers for a small and medium-sized room. Very musical, detailed, dynamic and relaxed.

Hi, have you guys done a review of the Songs Faber Sonetto ii ?
I would be very interested to hear your views on this speaker, there seems to be a lack of reviews of this speaker.

Hi Adrian/Vilip, I intend to buy this speaker but need your opinion whether it is advisable to buy the dedicated stand also.
Actually, I am having a 24” Foundation Designer II Stands which I think is much heavier and stable than the dedicated stand.
The online manual(2018 version) stated that the weight of the dedicated stand was 9.5kg but currently the website indicated that the weight of the stand has been increased to 11.2kg. Maybe, they have finally realised that the speaker stands should be heavier than the speaker(at 14.6kg) for stability and doesn’t make sense that the speaker should be heavier as the top heavy speaker can easily be toppled or knocked over when accidentally kicked at the bottom or accidentally pushed.
Have you guys tried it with other stands and is it sonically better with it’s dedicated stands?
Would appreciate your prompt attention and honest opinion on this matter. Thanks in advance.

Does the Lumina line still have that beguiling sweet tone? Lumina 2,3 or 5?
It's Carrara, not carrera. Easy mistake to make, Carrara is the city in Italy near which the marble is quarried, hence the name. It's says so on the box, too ;-)

Is the sound of RP600M vs Sonus Faber Electa Amator III worth paying the sonus price or are they selling us smoke?
All in all……., I found it weird how Jay said he was going back to college, yet in truth merely wanted to focus on his own video channel, where I’m certain he gets paid for doing so, especially with the Sound Stage Two versions, just being honest would’ve been nice, I noticed how Adrian said “ good for him “ as far as having reviewed these speakers. I sense a little bit of regret in his voice, but maybe it’s just me.

Hey NosTubes58. Not sure where you got that idea from... Why would I lie about something like that.
Absolute Truth is that there were two main goals set for me when leaving (which was over-simplified by Adrian in my farewell video - which is fine and I respect his good intentions to not go in detail about my personal endeavours)
1. I was offered to continue on my human hearing research at the university (which I humbly called it a "study" )
2. To pursue my own channel that has been pursued even before I was employed by Audio Excellence (btw, that's how I met them - because of my channel)
I do get paid. Yes. (logically) One does not JUST leave his job without further plans to pursue his income source.
I get paid by RUclips and Soundstage. Yes.
Soundstage is a freelance job where you get paid per work at a fixed rate (that comes from the magazine) like any freelance job (think freelance writers - same thing)

For my tastes in music I have always found the SF speakers to emphasize style over performance. Yes they sound OK but you pay for all that leather and marble and exotic wood that pushes up the price and doesn't improve the sound.
Of course, they're italians. Form over function. How i like my women.
