What I did and it seems to have fixed the problem was I unhooked my battery for about 30 seconds,, I don't know how important that is, but I usually like doing that when I'm trying to reset something, but I tightened the cable back up, went back in,, turn the key on, not to where the truck starts but the AC,, I went into the settings on my screen, and I reset everything back to the factory settings,, and so far that has worked,, I will get back on here and let people know if it doesn't seem to work very long, but so far, at least a couple hours of playing-time, it's still working. Before, it would work for about 30 seconds and then start glitching
Ended up taking it to the dealer and they did an update on it that fixed it. I never had this problem again while I owned this truck after that. I no longer own this truck.
@@BadmunkyWRX that's a problem when you buy used, it's usually as is, unless you purchase some type of warranty if they offer it,, with all the electronics on these vehicles anymore it's never cheap
I had wrote a comment on here about unhooking my battery and then resetting all the settings back to factory, it work for a little bit, but then it started doing the same thing again.. I guess I'm going to have to try taking it to the dealer like the guy who did this video recommended to me
When I play my music it is in slow motion. As weird as it sounds, it’s not delayed but it’s actually slow motion and sounds deeper than normal. Any help with this problem is greatly appreciated
Mine never did that. I have no idea why its doing that or how to correct it sadly. I no longer own this truck so I cant go play with it to see if there some kind of setting for this any more either. Sorry. Im not much help here for you.
I have a 14 if a passenger is using my phone which is connected to my Bluetooth to play songs off of my playlist on my phone it will play when they choose a song and continue to play through songs like its supposed to but if they skip a song it will play but no sound and the only way to get the sound back is to pull over, shut the ignition off and open the door so the radio shuts off then it will play till someone changes the song and have to do it all over again
This was utterly useless, why did I watch this show the end like it was going to help

@@BadmunkyWRX hey, how much did they charge you to do that,, if you don't mind telling me?? They kind of threw out a hundred fifty to $200
@@BadmunkyWRX , I love the truck, but this is a pain in the butt,, I just bought it about 10 days ago,, it worked fine for the first week
@@solarmantint1965 It was free for me. My truck was less than 3 years old and under 36k so it was still under its bumper to bumper warranty.

Yeah that's what I had to do. Mine was still under warranty at the time so it was free for me.
What was the issue!? I’m having that now as well.
Had to have my dealer do an update to the radio.
Never had a problem with it again after that.

Had to have an update done to it by the dealer.
I took it in and complained and they fixed it under warranty.

Also if I have more than one phone paired to the truck it won't let my phone pair until I delete the other phones out of my stereo
My truck is doing this same exact issue. Did you get yours fixed? And what was it?
when that happens don’t turn it off all you need to do is press radio then press media and it’ll get fixed
