A Story of Hope by a Released ICAN Handler

Heather spent close to 12 years in prison for drug-related charges. The ICAN program changed her life on so many levels. It gave her trust, confidence, courage, faith, and a renewed sense of purpose. All of this through the conduit of a dog - many of them. This is a beautiful testimony. Be sure to grab some Kleenexes.
