It's great seeing him more relaxed, he seems comfortable in his role now and it will have a huge impact on the team. I think in the first two years the pressure and intensity of the job had an effect on his decision making, there is far more clarity now from the summer onwards, i think he needed that pre season to put things in perspective.
We can hate on the board but the board and edu did a great job this summer and I hope they keep backing him. Would love to see more of kronkes money for that top striker.
@@rachit I don't mind the owners in the sense that we know where we stand with them, the historical criticism is more about the miss management in terms of employing the wrong people and poor recruitment and thus far with edu and Arteta we might have the right formula. I think the Kroenkes should have seen we overpaid for the likes of pepe etc and stepped in earlier but conversely they have done well to stick with Arteta during some tougher times that many fans didn't like. I believe they will supply the money to improve the squad in the summer, as fans we always want more but i trust Arteta and edu to use the money wisely.
