Normally in german language, the term would be "Rechts, zwo, drei, vier", which would be "Right, two, three, four" and is used by soldiers during their march. It is changed here in "Links, zwo, drei, vier" or "Left, two three, four", because Rammstein also wanted to show, that they are more on the left side of the political spectrum, not on the right side. And that they are not Nazi symphatisants, despite their heavy pronunciation and the rolling of the "R". Therefore they also often wear Springerstiefel/combat boots with red schoe laces, which is also a sign of the antifascist movement. So no, Rammstein are not neo-nazis, if some people are wondering here.
