Lymph nodes are tiny glands which are normally found all over the body. These lymph nodes work to fight infection and keeps the child healthy. When these glands enlarge in size or gets swollen they are described as lymphadenopathy or "swollen glands,".

Sir please reply for my message, my son 4 .2 year old, he has Adenoids, so middle ear infection also, he jas enlarged lymph node at the side of the neck. This enlarged lymph node is due to Adenoids ??
