Thank you for that recipe Catherine it looks delicious. But once you add those tortilla chips it became a very heavy in fat dip. I have high triglycerides and have to watch that stuff. So im forced to read the back of everything i put in my mouth and it would shock you to read how much fat is in just a couple of those chips. It stinks and takes the fun out of everything. If you look real hard you can find a cracker thats made like a chip and it would keep it a skinny dish.😊Not being a hater just letting you know the sucky options some of us have to make. I love your channel and your recipes.❤😊

That would depend on the size and type of potatoes you use. Just go with the same time as this video and keep the potatoes the same size and keep an eye on it.

Ok I'm going to ask, why chicken broth and not beef broth. Wouldn't the beef broth compliment the hamburger meat better than conflicting it with chicken. I've seen several channels doing this and never ask cause don't want to seem rude but am curious. Thanks in advance for the answer.
The chicken broth doesn't conflict with the ground beef, it gives the dish a lighter flavor. You can use beef broth for a richer flavor, just depends on what you're trying to achieve flavor wise.
