Shame that you can't see out of the window in the kitchen. this is just under £3 millions and will get you a nice country house with a couple acres of land, probably a swimming pool, a tennis court and some out buildings here in UK. However, if I have the money and if I am looking for a place in HK, definitely would look at this place - the only deal breaker could be the stairs! Lol!
