A Green & White Christmas - MOHAI radio play with Chris Wedes and Bob Newman (2000)

This is the first production of A Green & White Christmas, by Feliks Banel of Seattle's Museum of History and Industry. It was recorded in front of an audience and aired on local Seattle radio on December 16, 2000. There has been at least one other production of it since but this was the first. The story is set on Christmas Eve 1953 at Seattle's dear, departed department store, Frederick & Nelson.
"Santa' and his head "Elf", played by Bob "Gertrude" Newman and Chris "J.P. Patches" Wedes respectively, are anxious to finish work so they can meet up with their hot dates. But a mother arrives with her two children, ready to meet up with her husband/their father for their annual shopping event. His train gets delayed by weather. Oh dear! How will things turn out?
