1) since you’re a beginner, stick to around 3-4 exercises that you’re comfortable with and build these up 2) this depends, its up to you. But it should be at least 20-25 minutes in my opinion 3) for each exercise aim to do a 15x3 (3 sets of 15 reps each, with a short break of 30 seconds in between) 4) as mentioned above, around 3-4 sets is normal 5) 30 seconds, but after the set is done, you can have a few minutes before you move onto the next exercise Hope this helps!
I get upper body workouts by carrying my sister either piggyback or sitting on my shoulders, like in shallow water, beach, or poolside in our swimsuits. It's fun!
@nidakhan3340 hell yeah it did. In a couple weeks I felt more stronger and my bicep muscles were getting more defined. But sadly, I stopped working out a month ago, so consistency is something you'll have to work on

Low resistance and high reps is better for muscle building were as low reps and high resistance is better for strength building.
