Let's all be honest. It was hard! I've been a receptionist for more than a year and i had to take names on the fly. Like Andruskevich, Garasimowiecz, and many others. After all, I had Wright and Hughes wrong 🤭😵🤭 Thanks for all the fun 🥰❤️🙋 (Not a native English speaker)
This was exactly what I wanted to find. For IELTS listening. I had concerns about spelling names. And Christ Jesus the Son of God helped me! By you and your videos. Thank you again!
I used to had issues with spelling but I practiced more with your videos and finally I am getting better results: 14/20. I will keeping practicing often. Thanks Andrew!
I just started my receptionist job and catching the names correctly is my most challenge as English is not my native language. I got 19 right out of 20 with your test but that because your pronunciation is so clear. I wish everyone spells their name with normal speed. I will keep practicing. Thank you, it was fun!
how do u cope when u can't get their name right? I am currently retail employee and I would like to go to more over the phone customer service role, but I am afraid that I might not be able to cope with over the phone conversations I've got 16/20 in this challenge. Do you ask them to spell it slower for you or something like that?
The best english spelling quiz that I have found. Thank you very much😊 I really need it these days because I'm preparing for IELTS. Spelling is very good 👍❤ God bless you❤ From Uzbekistan🇺🇿❤
The reason why I came to this video is I work as a retail assistant selling sunglasses, and I struggle with details capture, and let me tell you my customers spell their names at that speed or even faster so I believe the speed used on this video is right on point.
Yes, I agree. People really do speak at that speed and sometimes they have complicated names. That is why I made this video. I hope it helped you. Thanks for your comment. 🙂 Andrew
I just got 10 out of 20. I don't have difficulty with speed but I am confused between the letters c and t. it's absolutely challenging to hear them clearly. Thank you for your helpful video. I hope that I can make more progress in the next tests

I've got 16 answers right and four wrong. I found out that I've had a trouble to distinguish between the consonants "p" and "b" when you spell them. With the vowels, I need to be very concentrated. I still tend to write the Spanish sound. For example, the vowel sound of "E" /I/ in Spanish is /e/. I need more exercises of listening and spelling. Thank you very much for your work.
I have found this test interesting. Only 13 right answers. The names with HT, HP and double consonnants were more difficult to understand. Thanks for all the next exercises.
Hello Mr. Andrew, Well I correct all except 11. You spell Reed and I wrote Raad. Before writing, I thought, it must be Reed but made a mistake in Question 11. Thanks for your Quiz.
Hi teacher, your listening test is fantastic. I got 16 out of 20. I have to study more. Please, could you produce more videos like that? ;0) from Brazil.
Thank you, it's really helpful. However I think on the IELTS exam, generally speakers don't talk such quicker, it's good way to improve our concentration and listening skills. Perfect.
thank you for sharing the video to help us improve English, I didn't like to learn English when I was a student, but I am interesting in learning English now.
It's a very beneficial practice, but surnames on IELTS Listening tests are much more complicated. I managed to write almost all of your examples before you spelled them, but sometimes I fail to write it correctly on IELTS Listening tests.
