C.DIFF BACTERIA- ANTIBIOTIC RESISTANT BACTERIAL ILLNESS- CLOSTIDIOIDES DIFFICILE INFECTION

I have something called c.diff or scientifically as #clostridiumdifficile #clostrididiodesdifficile which is a bacterial infection of the gut essentially.
I was on longterm #antibiotics to treat #cellulitis in a #hidradonitissupporativa wound, this had naturally caused an imbalance in my #gutmicrobiome allowing #cdiff to take over my gut when I developed #norovirus
Initially I didn't think my symptoms were c.diff as it also sent me into an #adrenalcrises which put ny life at risk and was rightly the immediate focus. So it took over 40 hours to discover the c.diff infection. I have since been on targeted antibiotics for it however out of the time it eturns in 3-8 weeks. So I am still in the #royalliverpool #hospital and I can't go home until they can be sure I won't go into another #addisonsdisease #crises due to #adrenalinsufficiency especially as they are monitoring my toxin levels too.
I am on canula 6 so far as my veins keep collapsing 🙈 and just saying no but my steroids for the addisons the anti sickness and pain relief are all by IV as I can't keep anything down.
So I honestly don't know when the antibiotics will do their job and I can get home. C.diff is resistant to most antibiotics sadly.
Tyler, my eldest has been absolutely amazing bless her. She has been a right trooper.
