you have choose phase difference in sine wave as 2*pi*50/3 but it should be 2*pi/3

Can u tell us whats the difference between PWM and SPWM
PWM technique varies the duty of square pulses to produce a controlled average voltage waveform . SPWM compares the triangular waveform to the sinusoidal waveform to generate the switching pulses for the IGBTs or MOSFETs.
